It's working great for me

installation and adjustment was easy. Screw moves smoothly. Only con is the paint does not bond well and can flake or chip easily.

The columns are nice. It would be good to have the ones that have the bendable tabs on the top section.

When cranking up the floor the T handle bent and I had to stop the reinforcement of the floor. Will return defective posts when new ones arrive from other building supply company which are USA made.

These jacks are awesome. The only complaint is that home depot stores them outside and the threads get rusty.

worked as intended

This is a good sturdy post but I wish it was about a foot shorter there are so many basements that are 5 to 6 feet...... I just took my saw and cut one foot off and welded another plate on the bottom and it worked perfectly..
