Yes mine were. just tap slightly on one end and the slide right out. However why would you want to. if you are installing them at the bottom as I did and they will be covered by concrete I would leave them on for extra support to keep from moving which I not sure if they would.
Have you checked other stores in your area. I'm in NY. and almost ever store I checked within 20 mile radius and they had them in stock
