Excellent product, easy installation with two people. This item was bought at the recommendation of the appliance associate and we are so glad we took her advice. Very satisfied.

The BILT directions made this installation a snap.

Found out after opening it that it was the wrong size. Returned it and bought another one larger. Since there was only brand on sale in the size I wanted, I had to buy it. So never tried this model or make.

Just installed so we will see how reliable. Top vent is not centered, it if offset right so if you have a centered exhaust keep that in mind. Fan is noisy on high. Very sharp edges on the inside so wear gloves when installing.

This hood really pulls the smoke out of the kitchen. Perfect!

Love this range hood. We needed something small that would work for our kitchen remodel. It looks great, works great as far as the fan suction, and is simple to operate.

We purchased this to go with a new cooktop. Not bad if using a rectangular duct but in my situation we needed the round duct. The hood did not come with a round butterfly damper which complicated the install and caused me to spend quite a bit more. After the install was done. while using it for the first time after only 30 minutes of use one of the bulbs went out. Changing the bulbs is not fun at all. For what I paid I expected a better design and easier use. Don't waste your money.

This looked great but be careful when installing as the inside edges are super sharp and the two of us installing did end up cutting our fingers doing so... wear gloves because this is definitely a two man install and more complex than shown in the video since the install screws attach inside before you cover the grease pan and before the two removable filters. We also had to splice a plug to the end of the power cable since the original range hood location had a plug outlet bedside the vent hood going into tge ceiling. When it was done, it looks and works great but know that installation is more complex than anticipated and is a two man process one to hold the unti up while the other screwing it up inyo the support brackets and the unit itself is heavier than the cheapest most basic entry level range hoods

very elegant item fits well

Got this 2 year ago. It was pretty good, quite fan, and had a really good light. But the motor stopped working after 2 years, which is really bad for a product of this price. Home Depot and Vissani would not cover it as the warranty just expired. Really terrible product and service.

yupper better than expected but a bit pricy. works perfectly. installed easily as promised.

Right side bulb would not consistently work. Troubleshooting bullet point in the owner’s manual, red flag. Poor customer service from Vissani/Conglom in Canada, yes Canada. (Long story) Disassembled the switch/light panel. Found light socket brackets attached at an angle that would not allow bulbs to be removed. Made correction, bulbs can now be removed. Right side bulb spun in its casing. Bought new ones, so far so good. All other features appear to be on board, fingers crossed. Very Vissani/Conglom gun-shy at this point. Sent a detailed email to them 2 days ago, no response yet. 2-person min. install. This unit replaced a large over stove microwave/vent setup. Love the extra stove surface space. Had it not been for the way I was treated by the CSR at Vissani/Conglom and this lighting issue, this would have been a very excellent rating with kudos all around.

Although the dimensions on the box shows W=36" x D=7" (exactly what's needed), there are gaps for which I must add a half inch of material between the hood and the tile. Very disappointed that I have to do this.
