Good product but way over-priced
Product is great. Everything fit well and performs as original. My lower rating is based solely on the price. In my opinion it is very overpriced. Nothing special about production and consists of f thin angle irons. Well, not iron so "angle metal". Should be half the cost.

Flavorizer bars
I bought my grill back in 7/17, now I am on the phone with Weber to get them replaced via the warranty, which states in the owners manual on page 3 that they are covered for 5 years, the guy on the phone for Weber tells me 2 year warranty. Who is right, the book or the guy on the phone for Weber. Not very happy with what I am hearing, I bought a Weber because of the 10 year warranty and the 5 year I read in the owners manual.

Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed in our Flavorizer bars. It sounds like what you are describing, is normal and it just means that the bars are doing their job of protecting the burner tubes.
The Flavorizer bars can develop some surface corrosion due to their exposure to high heat and food drippings. It's commonly thought that Flavorizer Bars need to replace when they develop surface corrosion, but as long as they have not developed any holes or cracks in them, they should work just fine.
Maintenance is very important to keep your grill in its best condition. We recommend treating grill corrosion as soon as it appears. For more info on this topic, please use this link:

WANTED STAINLESS STEEL
These will do the trick . However , I really wanted the stainless steel version and could not find them on your website. This was disappointing .
