Grill appears to be constructed much better than most grills of that size on the market. Grill was delivered on time and the driver was very helpful and put the grill exactly where i wanted it. The only significant problem was in the assembly of the grill. Instructions specified both locking casters were to go in the front. One was on the front; one was on the back. Two screws were so tight that extreme measures were needed to unscrew the caster to relocate it to the correct location on the grill.

Assembly took a while, but the product is well engineered and the directions were clear so it was quite straightforward and required only commonplace tools. I've fired it up once; it worked great and should last a long while (our previous Weber lasted 20+ years)

They sent the wrong model. Bait and switch Took me thirty days to get my money back after i returned the grill. Customer service was very inept They actually delivered a pencil when trying to redeliver right grill. It was so stupid

great grill replaced 200 series grill

Perfect for our small back yard and our family. Hoping the gas grill will produce similar results as our Weber kettle

Grill is great! Cooks food fast and evenly! Love Weber! Unfortunately I have been dealing with Home Depot for almost a month trying to get my cover! Every day I call and I’m told a manager will call me back later that day. No manager has called me back and I don’t have my cover.

Havent used it yet. The two employees who helped us get the bbq into our car were excellent. They had to remove a tray to make it fit. and traded parts that were scratched for parts on the other bbq's that were displayed.

I am a big fan of Weber grills. My previous grill was a Weber Genesis and lasted me about 18 years. I love the quality and reliability of them. This new one had many of the same features I was looking for including the 3 burners, igniter button, cabinet and scale for the propane tank to know when it needs refilled. I have had it for about a month now and really like the performance of it. It is very easy to use and maintain and has cooked very evenly.

I have bought a lot of grills over the years and to buy a weber grill with a 10 year garentee it's a no Brainerd a little more money ,, but you only get what you pay for makes food cook more evenly and works great glad I bought it

The new Weber grill is great! However, Customer Service would not allow me to purchase the grill and have someone pick it up for me the next morning. It would not fit in my car.

Meet needs great grill

I love the grill. It meets my expectations and is the perfect size to fit on the lanai. It was delivered promptly. Unfortunately the door was dented. I should have inspected all the parts prior to assembling. The door is one of the final steps. I had the option of $105 credit or going to the trouble of buying a whole new grill. I had to call back on the credit a second time and the credit was then processed. Thank you Home Depot.

They never came to assemble and I never received a refund.

I always love my Weber Spirit grills. This is our third. Living it so far.

Missing parts and now trying to get it resolved but not having a great experience

Awesome grill glad I spend a few extra bucks for the Weber.

Grill delivered damaged. Found door was crushed and burner can was cracked during assembly. Contacted and sent Weber pics of the damage and they sent replacements within days (Weber CS 5 stars). Overall grill is sturdy and well built.

The unit that was delivered was damaged and missing parts from the wheels. Calls to customer service for a replacement were not satisfactory. For $600 I should be able to expect 100% perfection. That was not the case. Not sure where damage occurred - during delivery or in storage at the store.

It was already assembled and I received a very welcome veteran's discount.
