I told them at the time I wanted to have it shipped to the store for assembly and pickup, but they were unable to cancel the order, so it went out and was sent

Very very good and easy to use.

There are some design and material improvements that would go a long way to increasing the useful life of the grill. Where possible steel components (specifically fasteners , brackets, shield covers, frame structure) should be replaced with aluminum or stainless steel (corrosion resistant materials). There are some components that will last forever, but there are some simple parts that corrode prematurely and need upgrading (simple example are the screws that hold the side burner together).

The Weber has a superior reputation for lasting longer than usual. Time will tell.

Love this grill. I've had it for just a month but blows away all past gross. Highly recommend!

Easy to put together and great temperature control.

I bought this grill 2 years and I have been very happy with the features. The rotisserie is a nice addition.

I’ve had this grill about 4 months now, and grilling wise, it’s the best grill I’ve ever owned, and at this price point it better be... BUT... the standard ignition is terrible.... click no flame , click no flame , click no flame... sometimes 15 try’s before ignition.. VERY DISAPPOINTING for a grill of the caliber

I purchased the BBQ in 2016 and kept it on the deck. I have to move the BBQ away from the plastic hand rail on the deck prior to every use (not an issue). This season I found a leak on the gas hose where the hose penetrates through the back of the BBQ. The hole in the hose was caused by the wear as it slid on the thin metal when the BBQ was moved. Something to observe and check regularly. This type of repair is not covered under warranty.

I have the natural gas model; I like being connected to the house gas. I like the consistent heat from the grill. The side burner area is hard to clean. There’s some white covering in the side burner that is coming off; it’s burning up. The interior needs some shelves & hooks for utensils. I haven't been able to get the rotisserie burner going. I will have to call Weber. Moving the grill is a bit different b/c the wheels are smaller & don’t swivel easily. Weber needs to improve your assembly literature. Can't get the rotisserie working. Can't get the knob lights working. Weber needs to improve the wheels; it's not easy to move the grill

I originally purchased my Summit 670 in 2009 because I grill all year round and wanted, specifically, the sear station/infrared burner/outboard burner for sauces. It's now 2018 and time for a restoration because the burner tubes are aging and not as efficient as they should be. I called Weber, expecting to pay for a new set of tubes and a few other spare parts and they reminded me that my unit is still under warrantee - so they shipped all the parts at no charge! Who does that? They even knew EXACTLY what my unit is after all that time so there were no questions bout which parts were necessary. WEBER is up there with APPLE both in quality and service (and I am an all-Apple guy too). Their products exceed expectations and are the best and most reliable that I have ever seen or used.

Perfect heavy duty grille. Handed down my old one for a new shiny clean one just like it. Good tough grille - no complaints.

Better than expected!!

Easy to assemble, even with low vision, though it took about 2-1/2 hours. We have already used the rotisserie (wonderful!) as well as the grilling features. The sear station is great and definitely adds to the flavor of steaks. All the quality you would expect from a Weber!

Exactly what we wanted. The rotisserie is a must, we use it a lot. Expectations far exceeded my expectation. Quality is as good as it gets. Would recommend this grill to everyone.

Some assembly required. Nuts didn’t fit bolts as well as expected and in difficult to reach places. Still needed natural gas line connection hardware to complete installation.

Easy to assemble and nice to grill on

Outstanding quality. Weber has vastly improved since the first Summit. We bought this as a replacement for our last, finally totally worn out.

Overall great features one would expect from Weber! Excellent ability to seat then do indirect grilling with the super large grilling area. I think I could put 8-10 roaster chickens on at a time! Have not used the spit yet, but the motor is easily stored in its compartment. I have no complaints after 5 uses.

This grill will exceed any grillmasters expectations for a natural gas grill. If you can't make it on this grill you shouldn't be grilling. If you are willing to depart with the cash I highly recommend this grill!

This grill was easy to assemble and works well. Delivery was poor as delivery date was changed after I changed travel plans to be sure and be home for delivery. Then delivery date was changed again. This is not something that can be left on front door step. The propane version of this grill was on sale and I went to the store and ordered natural gas configuration of the grill. Had I noticed it wasn't on sale also I would have continued to shop, rather than buy it at full price from Home Depot.

So I have two of these grills. On is about 6 years old in the DC area a I have never covered it cleaned it or done any maintenance at all to it. Not all the igniters work but enough to get all the burners going. It cooks hot and consistent for years. I have one in Charleston SC 3 years old that I care for in the same manner and it also works great! You can spend less but I don't know a better grill. If you don't like to take care of things this is your grill

I love the grill, I use it a couple of time a week and I grill all winter long, I clear the snow away from the grill. This replaced my 2004 Summit Gold , 6 burner model. The new Summit S-670 has many improvements over the older model. It has a bigger grilling surface, the lid is double wall construction. The side work surfaces are also larger and stainless, and it has built in lights for night time grilling. It only took about 45 minutes to assemble.

This grill does it all. Great craftsmanship, burns evenly and the sear station for steaks is the best.

I have purchased allot of lower priced gas grills and end up replacing them every few years. This is the most I have paid for a gas grill and I am looking forward to having this grill for many years to come.
