Best Weber I have ever owned!
I have had four Webers', going up first with the kettle, basic Genesis and then a better Genesis. I always dreamed of the Summit and now I have it. IT IS EVERY THING I HOPED FOR. So glad I went for the best in the business. Delivery was great, setup a breeze and I was grilling within an hour. As a female, I love the look of this in my backyard. It has become a conversation piece in addition to being such a great grill.

RUST RUST AND MORE RUST
As far as a cook top this is the best. Let’s make that BEST!!! I have enjoyed this grill as much as the other 4 Weber grills I’ve had in the past 35-years but I have an issue. RUST!!!! My grill is fairly new and Weber says that because it is near a swimming pool that my rust is not their fault. I still have my 15 year old Weber Silver B and it has not one spot of rust on it, but the grill that costs $2500+ has rust and to replace the parts that have rusted will cost me $144. If you are cooking for a family, or for a small army, this grill is amazing. The best feature is the rotisserie even though I’ve already had to replace that motor once. Would I suggest that you buy this grill? NO. Buy the Weber Genesis S330 or the Summit S420 and save your money. This way you will have half your money when you choose to replace it. They all cook pretty much the same. My sister has the 330 and I enjoy her grill just as much as I enjoy mine.

This grill has great product features that are convenient and easy to use
I found this grill to be extremely easy to put together and start using. Everything fits very well together and you really can not make any mistakes. This grill has plenty of cooking room and can really put out the heat when you need it. There is plenty of room to work with which makes it easy when preparing a large menu.

Grill is great, delivery only fair
Grill is great! Cooking surface is very large and allows me to cook multiple items simultaneously. Yesterday I cooked 20 kebabs, 10 ears of corn, and mixed vegetable in a stainless grill "pan", at the same time! From what I can tell so far, the heating is even across the cook surface. Previously I had a grill with a catalytic searing burner and it worked really well. The "searing zone" on the Weber uses an extra burner and it works well but not the same as the catalytic sear burner. The sear zone works but I'm still getting used to it - not a huge fan yet but probably just a matter of time. The rear burner and rotisserie setup works great! Rotisserie chicken is super easy - put one or two chickens on the spit, plug in the rotisserie, fire up the rear burner and away it goes. Basically no tending needed other than a quick check every once in awhile. I've used the smoker box a few time and it does put out smoke. I haven't noticed a big difference in flavor yet. It seems to do what it's supposed to do. I haven't put a cover on it yet but will. The exterior cleans up nicely but the neighbor's nearby tree drops stuff that makes a mess - the cover will at least keep the mess off the grill itself. Occasionally rain does get into the lower cabinet and drip pan - the cover should prevent that as well. The storage underneath is nice - lots of room for things like grill brush, rotisserie items, extra drip pans, grilling tools, etc.

Great grill
Great grill, easy to set up, though a bit heavy and awkward for one person. I would recommend that Weber supply a small bottle of leak solution with the grill, or at the very least a good recipe for making it. It doesn't appear to be something the local hardware stores carry. I would also recommend some rubber grommets for the holes that pass the rubber gas line to the outside, and perhaps even the metal line and the spit, to prevent damage from repeated rubbing. Other than the aforementioned, it is an excellent grill with all the extras one could need.

This is a great barbeque. We have used it several times and are very pleased with the results. The food does not burn or flare-up. Today however, when I was cleaning it. I noticed that the V plates that cover the burner are not all stainless steel. 5 of them are made of iron are starting to rust on the side I have not even used. This really disappoints me, because the B-Bque cost over $2000.00 The material should all be stainless steel. I am going back to Home Depot to replace the plates for stainless steel.

Having only owned for a couple weeks. The things I like is the grates, the flavourizor bars minimize flare ups (I can cook a whole gill full of bacon with no flare up!), rotiserre works great, heats up real fast, and all the grease goes in the tray instead of leaking out every where! The Cons are the warming rack gets in the way, should flip up, there should be shelves inside base, and I think the base being steel instead of stainless will rust, especially for the money. Overall the best bbq I have ever owned in 20 years of grilling!

      Very Nice!
The S-670 was very easy to assemble when it arrived; it only took about 40 minutes at the most. The only downfall to not being able to use it immediatly was that the gas hookup on the BBQ was much larger than the one that we had on our house and it needed to be retrofitted by a gas fitter to work. All componets of the BBQ work beautifully and we have cooked many wonderful meals on it! It does not dry out the meat like the cheaper BBQs seem to do, and many have raved how moist the meat is and flavourful the vegeatables are that is cooked on this BBQ! If you love to BBQ, this is definitely the one for you!!!!
