[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had to call service, still waiting for the part, to correct this error message that comes on daily. If cooking or baking at the time it comes on, stove shuts off so you have to be watching. Repairman says he's had to replace a lot of these parts. Otherwise I'm happy. Oven seems to bake hotter than my last, but that's something I can adjust to. Once this part is replaced, I'm hoping to be completely happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When shop[ping for a new range, we needed one with front controls. Not for simple convenience, but because my wife is legally blind with an eye condition that is getting worse. Knobs on the back of a range are no good for her. Thankfully this range has digital touch controls in the front. and we will put bumpers on them so they will be touch sensitive in that she can use them more efficiently. I can also now extend our backsplash behind it for a nice cosmetic look in the kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving the quick way it heats up. The extra burner sizes are great. The only concern I have is the glass top, it seems harder to keep clean then the other glass tops I've had. I'm a clean freak and need to have a spotless stovetop.

I presume that is from the grease from the steaks. I don’t think it would be a heat mark on the backsplash. What are your thoughts? Is it likely grease? Also I noticed my oven heats up a lot slower than my last whirlpool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my range for about two weeks. I love the sleek look and operation. However, keeping the black stove top clean is a nightmare! Smudges and streaks are awful. I think a lighter gray would be better. As long as the light is off it’s not too bad lol!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our range a little less than a year ago. We love the way it looks! The only issue I have is that I use brand new non-scratch pans, made for glass surface and I still have a bunch of small scratches and one larger scratch on the top of my range. The plastic front also seems to scratch rather easy as well. Other than that we like the range and would buy again as long as we knew they had upgraded the scratch resistance ability.

Love this oven. It took almost two months to arrive but it is beautiful and works really well.

Only thing we miss from old range is being able to set a start time for the oven. on this model you can only set a delay start in intervals of 1 hour instead of just telling it to start at a time of day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove was not in the show room to view. I wanted a slide in Whirlpool stove, and ordered sight unseen from a blurry computer print out. I was pleasantly surprised. It is very pretty & works great. I love all my kitchen Whirlpool appliances!

I bought this stove about a year ago and never said anything about it cause I thought it was me and how I cooked but now reading the reviews I will tell you my views.When I cook like another review says my cook top is left with spots that are hard to clean off and some do not come off. Also the top scratches very easily and im very particular with my belongings.Also the key pad for tghe oven control doesnt always respond to what you want it too. I would not recommend this model to anyone.Very unhappy !!!!!!!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my previous range for over 20 years! I needed a new one and this model is great. I like the controls away from little hands!!

The installers would not hook up the dishwasher. Told me they required the pipe (CPVC) to be sturdy/stationary. They left, never attempted to install. I had two clamps installed and secured the pipe to the base of the cabinet. Call to schedule an install. The second installer looked under the sink and also would not install. He said the pipe could crack? #1 the old dishwasher was installed by HD a year and a half ago we needed something until the new better dishwasher. Got my money back and bought one from a competitor. Unbelievable
