Several boards came cracked and dented.

Good value with free delivery

There were a couple of minor issues that I was not expecting, such as pretty ragged cuts on one end of each piece of moulding, a number of pieces had fairly long hairline cracks along the grain, one piece had a pretty good size gouge and about a foot in the middle of a piece was not usable and the top of another piece had some damage and about 8" out of a middle was unusable. I ordered this material because it matched what was used downstairs by others in an older townhouse. Overall, considering what the cost was, I'm happy enough, It worked out well, the project is done and would use again if needed. I would recommend to order a couple of extra pieces, just in case.

There were a few defects in the finish

Product is good, ordered 12 lengths, now I need 2 more and are not available. And don't know when they will get them. Only choice is to try and buy another brand from another store and "make it match."

Shipped quick and was exactly as expected

This is the way to go. Quality material coupled with affordable pricing. I don't see any reason to even consider MDF as a cost saving option when there are these pine finger joint boards readily available. But, it's a free country so to each their own. As long as the millwork keep supplying at a decent price point, I'll keep on buying for all my trimming needs and projects.

Some boards labeled with cancer warnings! Not easy to cut, they chip a lot!

Fibish was a little ruff but it will work

Added baseboards in our laundry room. Easy to work with and it looks good
