WORX WG309 8 Amp 10" Electric Pole Saw
I'm fairly strong as I can beat a college baseball pitcher in arm wresting - With the pole fully extended it is too heavy to control well while using - is there a harness to help with the weight and stability The chain is easy to adjust, but not self adjusting

Nice tool, pole will bend slightly fully extended but rebounds...
Nice tool, pole will bend slightly fully extended but rebounds and works perfect. Keep oil tank full, it does have a small capacity.

Does the job but is far too heavy for anyone to use in extended position. Also the trigger operation is very cumbersome. I did return this Pole Saw for the above reasons.

Excellent pole saw.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to replace a couple of ones that failed made by some Green company. This is still running just fine a few years later. I use it on hardwood with pole fully extended. Have to keep the bar tight or the chain jumps. I own several chainsaws.

A small beast
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just wanted to say, that I bought this 2 years ago and it has been a little beast. I have had to use it in place of my regular chain saw, while it was in the shop and it has chopped up some pretty big trees with no problems, just changing the chain out. I would definately get again. The only con to it so far is it leaks oil when not in use.

Super Product!

It's a little heavy to hold out fully...
It's a little heavy to hold out fully extended. Cuts well, check oil often, it uses a lot compared to my gas powered.

Hello Deedee! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and review. One way to help alleviate the issue is to take the bar and chain off of the tool, then reassemble it to make sure it is tightly in place. After you place the bar and chain on the tool, pull the bar outwards (away from the motor) and then start twisting the auto tension knob. As you tighten the knob, lift the tip of the bar at a slight upwards angle. Once fully tightened, let go of the bar and check the tension in the chain. Tipping the bar at an upward angle as you tighten it allows for added tension and typically resolves any issues with the chain popping off. -DestyneeE

Just what i needed!
I was looking for a versatile pole saw that was a plug-in (vs battery) and found it! I really like that it can be removed from the pole to become a hand-held saw. Plenty of power for small jobs. It's going to get a lot of use!

Small but mighty

sold - not flimsy like SunJoe and others that have the skinny slim design. Detaches into a regular chainsaw, very cool. Has plastic clip to keep the wire from unplugging.

Will exceed all of your expectations!
This pole saw/chain saw combo far exceeded all my expectations. It is dependable, a compact ripping machine, and brush killer. This saw will rip through anything you bury the bar into with very low maintenance or upkeep. Will be buying many more electric Worx brand saws in the future. Thank you for the great product!

Easy to use
Easily cut through large and small tree branches fallen from the dead tree in my back yard. The chain slipped off track and I was able to reset it correctly rather quickly. No screws involved, just the easy turn knob to remove the cover and fix the slipped chain. The saw is a bit heavy and may be awkward to use with the pole attachment. Nevertheless, this saw is easy to use and worth the price.

I loved it , It worked great . It gets heavy after a while if you have it extended out . Other than that it does the job and makes it so much easier. I saved a lot of money ( instead of hiring someone to trim back my tree branched) Thanks Worx.

Chain disengage
This is a chinese piece of junk. The chain spontaneously disengages at the slightest pressure. Run from this product.
