Hello, we are very sorry to hear the sensors and bridge are not communicating accurately and would like to help. Please unplug the Bridge from the camera. Power cycle the Wyze Cam. Unplug the camera from power, then plug it back in. Once initialized, plug the Bridge back into the camera. We would recommend taking a look at this article for further information:
