      A:  Hi there! The Wyze bulb doesn't have a built-in camera on it. It's a dimmable white LED that puts out 800 lumens, which is roughly equivalent to a 60-watt incandescent bulb. It's tunable, which means you can adjust its white color temperature from 2700K (warm) to 6500K (cool), and it is rated to last up to 20,000 hours.                   The only problem I had with two different kits I got from Home Depot was the provided microsd card would not lock into place on the cameras... so no local storage of video content, but still a great experience and great product. Way more reasonably priced light bulbs than any other smart bulbs. And no monthly fees unless you want cloud recording.

                  You cant beat the price compared to its competitors. It does exactly what I wanted it to do. The wife and I travel a lot and like to keep an eye on our pets. The Cameras are $25 each or plus SD card. I Bought 3 additional I can watch every Room in the house as long as you have a good Wi-Fi connection. The picture is very clear . If we're gonna be late we can turn the lights on remotely. The only down fall So far I've only seen indoor cameras nothing for outdoor use. If you're looking for an easy to use inexpensive home camera system you can't beat it.

                  Bought 2 kits, Saddens me their V1 sensors were 3rd party and that if the sensors batteries are changed they won't pair with the Bridge. Leads to a disposed product as its meant as a whole kit. So basically I'm supposed to buy newer versions. Calling now.

If the battery dies in a sensor it may be unable to connect to the bridge even when replaced with a new battery. To prevent this problem, please be sure to replace the sensor batteries as soon as you see the “Low Battery” notification.                     Loved the product at first. After 7 months every single item except the camera broke. Wyze customer service was TERRIBLE and wouldn't replace the items because they don't make that version anymore and wouldn't send me the "newer" sensors.

With regards to replacing the Wyze Sense v1 with the Sense v2, we are not able to proceed due to we can only replace the same product and version. Unfortunately, the v1 Wyze Sensors are no longer in production and we cannot issue replacements for the same version. However, we have other options. We can refund you for the product (Please note that we can only issue refunds for products purchased directly from wyze.com) or we can give you Wyze Store credit for the cost of the item.                       Contact sensors stopped working after a few months. Online support nearly unintelligible. Tech support unhelpful, offered a token $10 store credit. All my other security products work, integrate with Alexa, and offer useful support services.

                        Initial setup when really smoothly with no issues. I did setup all the devices from the hit to automated garage lights, night living room light, entrance monitoring etc. After about 6 months batteries in the contact and mention sensors had to be replaced. One of the contact sensors went offline and never managed to bring it back. Replaced the battery, updated the firmware and did all the other troubleshooting steps Wyze support asked to do. Still did not help. In the end, when I asked for a replacement for this obviously broken sensor the customer responded: "v1 Wyze Sensors are no longer in production and we cannot issue replacements at this time."
