We bought this for our newly remodeled kitchen and it is beautiful! We are still in the process of renovating but we have tested it out and everything works great!

Bought this as well as the other Z-Line appliances for a kitchen remodel. They look great and function just as well!

The dual fuel range / oven is great for someone who enjoys to cook. The burners offer many heating choices to find the perfect level to cook. The oven seems very accurate. My only criticism is that it is not as easy to clean the stove as our previous Verona oven. However, the burners on this oven are much better than our previous.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and selected this range for our home. We've been using it daily for 6 months and love it! Great building quality and looks sharp.

Bought it after speaking to salesperson over the phone with great knowledge of the product. I loved all the video research I saw on YouTube about it.

Used the oven for the first time and it was very accurate. Adjustability of burners is great and flame levels for different cooking situations.

I've had my range for a little under a year and I love it! Clean-up is easy, and cooking is out of this world!

The Z-Line RG-36 is fantastic oven and stove. They back their product and the recall took less than an hour. For more than half the price of a Viking or wolf you won't be disappointed.

I’m disappointed in the fact the the burners don’t turn down to a simmer temperature. I have vegetables on one burner and potatoes on another and they both boiled on the lowest setting. Also, the oven leaked a lot of hot air into the kitchen. I expected the oven to be sealed and to bake evenly. My cookies took twice as long to bake as they should have! So far, after the first day, I have to say I am disappointed in the performance of the range and the oven. I think I made a mistake with this range!!

So far all is well for week 3.

Anything toward the back burned from the first time I used it. Called twice about it. Nothing was done. Anything important to bake, I went to my daughters house. Now two days before Easter the oven won’t heat. Fan blows. But cold inside. It isn’t even two years old. Have had issues since installed. Don’t recommend.

Bought this to replace a disappointing Miele 6,000 range. So much better. I am a cook and baker. I use my range and depend on it. The top black color does not stain. The Meile was horrible for this. The oven temperature is right on. Miele 50 degrees off. The gas flow performance to the burners is perfect every time. The fingerprint stainless is a godsend compared to the labor intense Miele that showed scratch immediately. I love the Color options on the door. It is a great fashion statement to my kitchen with cobalt blue glass tiles. It weighs less than the Miele which weighed a ton. I live on a houseboat. It just bakes and cooks better. You will never be sorry. We had a terrible issue with the delivery of a broken product. ZLine jumped on it and gave me a personal contact that had a new product here and personally in place in record time. I love this product and can trust the company. ?What more can you want?

This oven has never cooked evenly. Is so so loud, and now no longer reaches temp. But at least it’s not in the recall with leaking carbon monoxide right!?!? Buyer beware. Customer service is a nightmare.

I purchased my 6-burner Z Line 36 inch Dual Fuel Range in 2022, because it was supposed to be an upgrade to the standard ranges. I always wanted a 6-burner stove because I love to cook and like the extra surface area and burner. I read the online reviews on this range that were over a year old and thought that Z Line would have taken corrective actions on the issue their customers were complaining about. I was surprised they had not. This shows the level of quality and care Z Line does not have. This biggest issue was the legs. As a previous reviewer stated, they are junk. They bend at the screw shaft because the bolt is set into plastic and is not strong enough. If you try to slide the stove, they start to bend terrible. I had to have a friend help me pick the stove up to set it place. The second issue is paying for color or texture options, they are a waste of money. I purchased the Dura Snow option. Only the door to the oven comes with the dura snow texture, not the top of the stove area on the front flange or the back heat vent flange. This is where most of you fingerprints and smudges develop. And the biggest waste is you get two doors, and you pay for the waist. I thought the upgraded Dura Snow option would mean that my range would be delivered with the upgrade door already installed. NO, you get a separate box, and you have to switch them out yourself. Then you have a second door to store. The last issue I have is with the largest burner not putting out enough BTU. I have adjusted it numerous times and find that it is too low to stir-fry. I called Z Line and asked if I could purchase a larger BTU valve and was told no, they do not offer any upgrades. I would not recommend a Z Line stove. The company does not seem to care about fixing the issues.

It's only 8 months old & the bottom element on the oven is already broken, it took a full week to hear back from Customer Service and will take another 7-10 business days until they can confirm a service person, unfortunately the negative reviews are accurate, it looks great, the stove top is nice but the oven is very loud and takes a LONG time to heat up when actually functioning, maybe the worst part is that customer service is terrible, spend a few dollars more and buy something that'll last.

Only negative feedback would be the oven fan runs the entire cook time and is pretty loud.

Good looking. Looks high end. Works well. Not as big inside as I had hoped but still very good. Make sure it is connected to hits own dedicated line and the installer follows the install directions exactly. Then your good to go

We've been looking for a classic range since last year. The unit that came with our new home had backsplash controls, which we thought was odd and dangerous. Whoever thought that was cool must be fired (jk). Anyway, this range is amazing, works and performs just as advertised. The burners are like rocket engines. I wish there was a way to lower the flames to simmer levels though. But overall, my husband and I are very impressed and satisfied with our purchase.
