I just received my new jute rug 10x14 in natural and there are these little pieces sticking up everywhere from the ends of the jute. Very poor construction! I would definitely not recommend this to anyone. Not to mention the natural color is darker than appeared online.

We bought two of these rugs for our kitchen. One in an oval and one in a circle. The circle was a significantly different shade than the oval. The circle was more of a neutral tone, closer to gray, whereas the oval had more of a warmer/orange/brown tone like the product images. It was still nice but it didn’t look like the product image. The oval matched the product image much better. Of course there’s going to be some variation because of the material, but given they were going in the same room, almost right next to each other, it just didn’t work for us. However, I was able to discuss my concerns with customer service and they set up a return and sent another circle rug which matched much better and now we are happy with them.

I wouldn’t recommend it, I’ve had it for just a week and after I vacuumed it the top edge fell apart and because it’s braided the seams are very noticeable and sticks out.

It is a perfect runner in my kitchen, well made, wider than most runners and at 10ft long covers the whole length of counter.

It is not all tightly braided as I expected, some frayed pieces. That was not expected.

I love this rug. Looks great under my kitchen table. Simply classic

I ordered the 10ft round Off White Jute Braided rug to place under our round dining table. What a fabulous purchase! The rug was received with a week, thoroughly wrapped for protection during shipment and had very little creases/folds in it. I do wish it was a bit thicker as when we push the dining chairs it pushes up.

This is great quality jute. Softer than I expected. Love the color.

The rug is great! The color is a bit yellowish, I was expecting it to be more off-white. 3 stars because of the color and delivery delays.

We’ve had the rug for maybe 2 weeks and there are already pulls in the rug. Several all over which makes it look extremely worn. This is def not a quality rug if you’re looking for something long term

Using the rug as a runner in my kitchen. I’ve had it a few weeks and it’s already showing signs of wear and tear, but overall it’s a nice rug.

The wait was worth it- the threads are delicate so easy on the vacuum. Fits gray with my industrial interior design

Very nice product for the money. The jute has a nice mix of tones.

We have purchased two jute rugs. One was pre pandemic and the second one we purchased six months ago. There was a BIG difference in quality. The second rug is already separating in several places and it does not have the weight of the previous rug.

We placed this jute 2x3 rug in an indoor entryway using a rug pad. Within 1 week the jute has started to fray and I find lengths of jute on the floor that fall off rug. Edges of deteriorating indicate was not finished.

Feeling disappointed but not enough to go through the hassle of returning it. It’s coarser than I thought it would be and it has this yellow hues in some of the braids. I usually like yellow but unfortunately it’s more of a pee tinted yellow.

I am very disappointed in this rug. Way too much money for it to start unraveling from vacuuming it one time! I would really like a refund. I have to find a new rug now!

It came quickly and well wrapped. It doesn’t have fraying outta the package but edges are flipped up as expected. I purchased the washable sticky tabs for the corners to hold them down. After a couple weeks it is starting to fray on the edges but I do love it! Bought it to put under my dining room table and I have children so I bought a sleazy scotch guard and treated it with that 24 hours before putting down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rug is beautiful and soft under foot but I have it under my dining table and the fibers are already breaking and sticking up everywhere. I’m sad because I don’t know how long it’ll last for dining room use. It layer flat immediately upon opening and off gazing wasn’t horrible but we had also just had our floors refinished so our house was a bit smelly anyway. Also of note, customer service was very easy to work with. I purchased a different rug and changed my mind. They refunded my order easily before it shipped.

Beautiful rug but very flawed. Shipped quickly. Has a pretty strong soil/dirt like smell to it. Rug has tons of snags in it. I wasn’t expecting that.

I would give 0 stars if I could! Rug was just unpacked and is already coming apart. This thing was braided together out of glued together plastic shreds that are now poking up all over the rug making it look horrendous and making it painful to walk on! Do not buy this!!! It is going straight back or straight into the trash depending on how customer service responds to my refund claim….

This rug looks fine from a distance. Up close, there are “burnt” areas, which I guess is supposed to gives its “natural” look. But to me, it just makes the rug look damaged and dirty.

This rug is a complete disaster. Not even close to what is pictured. It is washed out and discolored in so many places. The worst part is that the boarders are so uneven!

This is really beautiful jute with a very natural look

Nice neutral colour of white/cream. Very soft to the touch and won’t collect dog hair like my previous shag.

Perfect rug for the dining room

I have been waiting to purchase a rug like this for a while and I am glad I was able to finally do so because it is perfect for our space. The quality is great for the price point. There is no odor when you open this rug and it immediately laid flat when opening. I have made multiple purchases over the years wirh Rugs USA, and have always been satisfied.
