You'll find this Home Depot in a somewhat factory-looking area, but it is one of the best Home Depots you'll ever shop in because so many craftsmen and builders buy there. I've been to Home Depots in more suburban neighborhoods that haven't been quite as well-stocked and haven't had as savvy a bunch of customer service people because this is a store that serves professionals in the field.

Tyanna had a line but she was smiling made small talk and was quick but I didn’t feel rushed she has helped me more than once and is always so pleasant she’s one of the BEST in the waterbury Home Depot!!!!

Tyanna keeps busy but she always speaks to me and asks me if I need help she looks like she does a lot bc I see her answer a phone make keys at the service desk at regular registers and the self ones but she does ALL THAT with An AMAZING HAPPY ATTITUDE and I just wanted to thank her

For the best customer service, ask for Cederick Hunter. He is so knowledgeable and very helpful. I will return to this store, if Cederick could assist me. I went to several employees and received no help prior to bumping into Cederick.
