Yes, we do offer a few options for pre-made trunk or treat kits. However, you can create your own trunk-or-treat setting with Halloween decorations of all kinds. Outdoor Halloween decorations can help set the stage around your vehicle, while indoor Halloween decorations draped with lights work well inside a trunk. To complete the scene, involve the whole family and hand out candy while dressed in coordinating Halloween costumes.

Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Our free Kids Workshops take place in-store every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. You may reserve your Kids Workshop kit by registering online for the event. We have a new kit pack every month to keep your little doer engaged. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Call us or visit our customer service counter to check the availability of the kits.

How do I check my Home Depot gift card balance?

Home Depot gift cards are an excellent choice for any occasion or during the holiday season. DIYers know they're fun to give and to receive. If you receive a gift card, you can check your gift card balance online or visit your local Home Depot store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you. Does The Home Depot Portland offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when shopping eligible Store Pickup items. We'll let you know via email or text message when your order is ready at the store. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

To pick up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" text message or email to tell us you're on the way via the app.
3. After you arrive, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space, which is usually located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you're here.

Difficult to find anyone who could help!

Bought something and was not told that if it was cut, couldn't return it. Wouldn't have bought it if I knew that! I tried to hang it today and it looked awful, so I went to return it and was told if it was cut, I couldn't return it!

Barbosa (employee) is an absolute GEM of a human

Go see Barbosa!!! This guy stayed with me for 20-30 minutes, went over a number of different tile options to choose from, loaded and unloaded 4 different stacks of 4 boxes each onto and off my cart as we kept changing our minds, but really just provided the most outstanding help and customer service that was above and beyond. Simply amazing.

Great Customer Service

I love the garden center. On the Sunday I went to check things out the skies opened up to a steady light rain. That did not stop Jeanne (store associate) help with my purchases. She was cheerful about it all.

Bad management

Help is impossible to find here on the weekends. The parking lot looks like a cart bomb exploded everywhere. The manager is not willing to help in common sense situations if they are not policy.
