Purchasing a washer and dryer pair, the customer service and the pricing was far and above any other competitors.

I came into to find something in the tool area and was not able to find anyone to assist me. I walked over to the next aisle where I found Michael in plumbing. I asked him if he could help me he said he would do his best. He had to look up what it was I needed but he was able to take me directly to it. He was so helpful and even helped me decide what I needed. It was nice to know that someone from another department was available, and seemed willing to make sure I got what I needed. Michael was so friendly and helpful.

This trip wasn’t a good one. It took to long to get someone to provide help and then they didn’t not have the size I needed. Once the store employee figured out that they didn’t carry the size I needed he just walked off. I felt that was very rude.

This store did a phenomenal job tonight taking care of my wife and myself as we came in to make our first major appliance purchase of a washer and dryer set, we wanted to see if there was anyway to finance them and were offered a Home Depot credit card, but our limit was under the amount we needed so without us even asking the store employee informed us they could increase our credit limit if we go to customer service, so we did go to customer service and they were indeed able to increase my limit and got me the washer and dryer, we also shopped for more items and came across every employee being as helpful as they can be and left there with a huge smile thank you!!!

Michael in plumbing was so wonderful helping me with a project that I wasn't sure how I was going to put it together. He gave me several ideas and all the materials cost less than I had expected. I have other projects that I would like to do and if I have to go to the plumbing department I will definitely be looking for him.

Michael in plumbing was extremely helpful when it came to finding what I needed. He was kind and friendly and greeted me with a smile. Even as busy and crazy as the store was on Black Friday he was still able to help me out. I appreciate associates like Michael when they seem to take the time with each customer as they can.

Shout out to Cisco - he helped us so much! Fire your carpet measurer! He took 1.5 hours to measure 3 rooms and was 30 minutes late to begin with. Did not introduce himself and dragged it out making us miss our dental appointment that afternoon. We still do not know his name even though we introduced ourselves..... he was so slow, unbelievable. It was to be a 3pm appointment that I even confirmed that same morning and they assured me he would call if he was going to be late - which he did not. Really, we have a small house 1200 sf.

We went into our local store with a unusual request. We wanted to match paint to a vase we liked. It was very busy in the paint department and we watched as Jennifer helped each customer efficiently and cheerfully. When she got to us we explained what we were looking to do and she was able to do that for us! Even though she was busy she made us feel as if her customers and customer service was her top priority. She never made us feel as though we were putting her out or our request was inconvenient for her. We thought she was exceptional and should be recognized!

The Home Depot store that seems to have the most Ridgid cordless power tools on display with CHARGED batteries to test for yourself on strength and noise levels! MrGizmo

The employees at this store seem to be more friendly than just about any other store I've been in . I needed some plumbing pieces, and the associate in the department was both, very friendly and very knowledgeable. All in all a very fun experience.

Amazing customer service received from Alicia and Brooke at the Albany Home Depot. The employee's at Albany Home Depot know their job and are always happy. You can tell they like what they do.

The cashier Linda was very apologetic as she explained the store's policy on veterans. She did a fine job checking me out.

This store is family friendly and very friendly!

Poor customer service and constantly out of stock on the shelves. The wood quality is horrible due to warping or splitting. Staff acknowledges the problem but all claim to lack the authority to correct it.

There is always someone available to help you.

Home Depot is up'ed their customer service and have a great inventory. Unfortunately for Veterans, you don't get the Veteran discount unless you are Retired Military, Disable Military or Active Military. all other Veterans only get discounts on 3 special holidays a year. But they do have a great inventory compared to other hardware stores
