The employees are fantastic and the inventory is great. I would give it a five star if they would fix the parking. It’s very obvious that whoever is in charge of the parking lot drives a small car and not a full-size work truck.

The paint department man Riley looked up where I could find my other shopping items. Vicki cares about people. The garden center man Mason twice has been excellent at looking for products, explaining return policy and finding correct prices of items with no bar code. He also helped multiple people with challenges. This was on Sunday July 14th. How homey the crew is, I also respect the returns help at customer service, aware and polite. It shows there is a good manager in the store when the staff is respectful and helpful and kind. Thank you.

Just ran in to return toilet tank replacement parts. No receipt, but customer service charged back to my card. No drama. thank you

I had problems with an online expensive item. The customer service at the Albany store allowed me to purchase the same item at the discounted price.

Went to get a gallon of paint and encountered the rudest employee. She needed to go to lunch and sure made everyone around her know it. She was rude, condescending and generally the most unpleasant person I've ever encountered at this store

I have used this Home Depot since it’s opened. I have never had any trouble with the employees, as they have always been extremely helpful. On more than one occasion, I have felt like family, as they show a real concern that I have been helped, and taken care of. Each person has been very knowledgeable in their departments..

I needed window coverings for a rental home. Jeri arranged to have the windows measured, to assist in choosing blinds, and finally installation. What a weight off my shoulders! Thank you!

Got a Wet Dry Vac and employee service was exceptional in store and at check out

The employees at this particular Home Depot are so helpful and nice. It's always a pleasure to shop here. I love that they employ "older" citizens (I am one!) rather than only youngsters. In my experience, the older employees are consistently kinder and more attentive to the shoppers' needs -- generational differences, I suppose. But no matter who helps me, I love roaming the store with dreams of remodeling my house in my brain! (This may sound crazy, but go to the lumber department and inhale...the scent of raw lumber is divine!)

Store opened early, which was a pleasant surprise. Two employees, whose names I did not get, were not able to help me, but they made sure that an associate who had the ability to do so was sent to help me.

Your EXCEPTIONAL employees always help me on my frequent visits. This visit Sean was very nice and helped me load my materials in store. Reagan also helped with some hard questions. Upon leaving, at the self checkout, Rachel was helpful as ALWAYS. She is always so cheerful and makes you feel like you're visiting friends. Lastly, being old, I needed help loading items into my vehicle. Sara loaded the heavy things for me. Thank you so much for all your AMAZING employees!

Of course, you can't plan for everything, but I discovered surprises in my kitchen spaces which prevented me to install the appliances I bought. The management was so helpful to me in finding solutions to the issues.

I have purchased a lot of lumber, tools, and assorted other items including some power tools and a lawn mower. I am satisfied with all my purchases. I have overestimated the amount needed on occasion. Home Depot has a great return policy.

Not sure you are cheaper than Evey and Jackson in Corvallis

I am never disappointed with the stellar customer service this store provides day in and day out. I stopped in to make a purchase and Kelli in the tool department went the extra mile to answer questions and help me make a purchase.

We are regular shoppers at this location for our business and home improvement needs. We were treated like we weren’t wanted in the store, we understand that we were there for a last minute part for our project close to the end of the day, we’re sorry about that. But we had everything we needed and we’re checking out before the store closed, about 10 minutes before it closed. The customer service rep at the Customer Service counter did not greet us, just asked if we were there for a return, we advised we were there for a pickup, very politely, we felt guilty for cutting it so close and she rolled her eyes at us. Then she proceeded to ignore us and other customers while she asked other employees to do other tasks, we did get our purchase and we finished our checkout at self checkout. We had politely asked if we can check out there and a nice, “no, I’m sorry” would have sufficient but no, we were told very rudely that we would have to go to self checkout, which is not a problem, the tone and attitude was the problem. The gentleman in self checkout was very nice and pleasant, so at least he is a good employee. But we have never been treated like this in a store, we are very nice and we’re very apologetic about being there late but it’s not a home improvement project if you don’t forget one small part that’s important to the project. I’ve only posted one other negative review before this but I felt like this should be addressed, we will probably do all our shopping at the Corvallis location instead from now on or just go to another home improvement store, please retrain on customer service for that employee at the customer service desk! We were there on 6/4, overall a very disappointing trip!

Better than Lowe’s at most things.

Purchased a new upright freezer, was told that we would receive a call and email the night before delivery with a time window. That never happened. I had to check the app and take the whole day off of work for this issue. Also the delivery company dropped it in the box in my garage and never inspected it. Upon unboxing there was a substantial dent and a huge scratch. Not impressed and will not buy another appliance from home depot.

Tony was very helpful in loading and Olivia was very friendly at checkout. They were gracious and seemed to truly enjoy helping people

Sometimes when I go to the return counter, people working, there can be short and rude. But today I encountered Kim and she was very helpful and extremely pleasant to work with. Thank you, Kim.

I have shopped at many stores. Today was one of the best experiences I've had anywhere. I got what I needed, everything I needed, and in record time. The staff was awesome from the time I got there till they waved goodbye.
