No one stopped to see if I needed help with anything. Cashier did not offer any other way to pay except cash. Lucky for me I had my property tax money on me. So now I have to come up with that money.

We are replacing all interior doors and Steve was helpful and knew his stuff

We drove from out of town to purchase an expensive tool. The ad said it was a $100.00 off the cost but the cashier said that was for on line only sales. After explaining our drive and asking some questions the cashier was able to give a discount that was close to the online price! We liked the fact cashier's had some flexibility!

Irma made my day. Had a problem and she helped me with my order. So very thankful!

The associates are very friendly, helpful, and happy. Prices are better than their competitor.

The salesmen in the appliance section were extremely friendly and patient and spent a lot of time helping my husband and I decide on a refrigerator. One even pulled up some customer reviews when I couldn’t decide on two different models. They did not rush us and answered all of our questions. Excellent customer service! Only gave the store 4 stars because they did not have several models to sell (could not even order) even though they were on the floor. Many were also back ordered by several months.

If you need a new door, Steve Nixon is very good at setting up people to come measure your door, getting the paperwork done quickly, helping pick out a door, and getting the paperwork done very quickly.

I hope that the store manager sees these reviews and gives recognition to the employee it is directed to. In this case it is Michael in appliances who truly deserves to be recognized for his hard work and dedication to your store. He always greets his customer in a friendly manner and makes sure they can find what they are looking for. When the refrigerator I wanted was out of stock he went above and beyond to find one that matched what I was looking for and was available. I was already in a bad mood because I had just come from your competitor and they couldn't get what I wanted and didn't even seem to care. So when I came in to your store I was expecting the same behavior. Michael actually had me laughing by the time we were finished. He also found me a better deal. I am so happy with my new refrigerator. He is also so willing to help customers find what they need in other departments. He walked me to the aisle I needed and was able to help me find what I was looking for. He even made suggestions to help me in my project. He truly is an amazing employee. I hope that you know what you have in Michael?? It's because of him that I will return. I can tell that he truly cares because when he couldn't get me the original refrigerator I wanted he made it his mission to find me something else. He always makes sure to thank me and hope to see us again. I try to swing by appliances to at least say hello. Even if he is busy he acknowledged us with a wave.

I went into Home Depot to purchase vertical blinds for all my windows. I know nothing about this product except how to open and close them. When I was finished working with the store staff, I was reasonable well educated on this product. Great Customer Service

The reason I put down that I would not recommend this store is due to assistant manager Stacy. I have been coming into this store for many years and have for the most part always had a great experience. The majority of your employees are always friendly and willing to help. However, the other day I was just looking around and considering some ideas when next thing I know Stacy comes up to me and asks me if I were looking for anything in particular. I told her I was just looking around at this point. She noticed that I was looking at some carpet and she started in about getting a free estimate and how you have so many great examples of different carpet. I told her AGAIN that I was just looking. When I started walking away she kept following me and wouldn't leave me alone. Finally she grabbed an employee that was walking by and told her to help me out with carpet. The employee was a little confused because this was obviously not her department but she asked me what it was I could do to help. Stacy finally walked away and I told the employee "fire that one". She giggled and said that was above her pay grade. When I told her I was just looking around she thanked me for coming in. That was the type of employee that I'm used to. If I get harassed by Stacy again I won't be filling this out, I will call your corporate office directly. Why you have someone like her on the floor bothering customers is beyond me.

We enjoy coming into the appliance department to see what's there and if there is something that really peeks our interest. However when we came in this woman named Stacy who appeared to be a manager couldn't seem to accept that we were just looking around. She was constantly trying to get us to look at specific appliances and kept asking what we were looking for. We told her more than once that we were just looking and were about to leave when Michael showed up. He obviously recognized us because he greeted us like old friends. Finally Stacy said she'd let Michael take over and left. Wd didn't say anything to Michael about her badgering because we didn't want to make him uncomfortable. I wanted to see if the store manager was available but my husband told me to let it go. So I decided to say something here. Michael definitely needs to be commended for his great customer service and putting people at ease. We did end up purchasing a range. If we see this Stacy woman again we'll walk the other way.

Michael in appliances was so very helpful. There were a few other customers waiting but he made sure to let them know that someone would be with them. Michael helped me make the right choices in which appliances I needed. And when the specific range I really wanted was out of stock he found me a great alternative that was available and at a better price. I hope Michael gets the proper recognition for the great job. He kept his attitude upbeat under what could have become a very stressful situation.

The other day I stopped in to get my online order and to pick up some other supplies at the pro desk while there a customer was accosting one of the pro desk employee. She kept her cool and helped the person even though he was rude and a butt head. She should get praise for her restraint
