Albert Lea is our closest Home Depot. We often stop at other Home Depot's that are larger to find things or look at things, but try to do the bulk of our shopping in Albert Lea.

Dan was super helpful finding what I came to purchase and gave suggestions on another small project. He is friendly and goes the extra mile!

After purchasing a new router table, I had issues mounting an old router so I returned to the store to purchase a new router. The base did not appear to match the mounting plate but Brennen, the employee on the floor, efficiently, confidently and professionally resolved the issue: 5 Star Service.

Some months back, I went to service desk on 2 different occasions and was treated rudely. Both at Albert Lea Store #1. Young woman was more interested in taping paper to the counter and acted put out when asked to be checked out. She finally went and got someone. #2. I walked up asked to check out. Man said, " You have to use self checkout as I am the only one at this desk. He was not busy. He did not try to get someone to help me. I am from the old school of thought, people help customers not machines. Machines can't answer my questions, its very cold way to be treated. If the machine has a problem who fixes it?? Please keep at least 1 cashier in the human form to help those of us who hate machines helping us. Kristilyn Hunter was wonderful to work with, she prepared the documents, took our money, answered all our questions, was informative about the products, made sure of all delivery details. I would like to see that machine give that kind of service! I have spent ALOT of money at your store, love your products, The gals in paint dept give awesome customer service. THEY KNOW THEIR PAINT AND PRODUCTS. Cathy, etc. I could get their names to acknowledge how special and valuable they are. Machines don't even hold a candle to them. Why? Because they are human, kind, think out of the box employees who love their job helping customers. Yours truly, Tammy Pineau

The appliance area was very busy but an appliance specialist helped me find what I needed right away. Great customer service!

Bought a Glaser Bay Toilet. Very fair price, easy to install and looks/works as good as the higher priced ones.

Poinsettias were great and priced very reasonable. Large volume. Also had rope garland for sale. Hard to find.

Jager, Brennen and a nice young lady which I did not get her name were great at customer service. Found what I wanted Store was clean

My experience with the Albert Lea Home Depot has always been satisfactory. Every time I have entered the store I have been greeted, whenever I enter a different department an employee has always asked if I need help finding anything. They are always polite and do everything they can do to help whenever I need help.

please shop the Albert Lea Home Depot, they are so helpful and friendly.

We went to look at 1 item for our patio. Joan was a wonderful helper and very knowledgeable. She knew all the answers and we left with more than we planned! Wonderful person!!! Thank you Joan!

Great store! Quality products, I especially like their paint department. Very knowledgeable and Behr paint is awesome

This store has great customer service and I never had any issues finding an employee to help you find something. The store is very well layed and you hardly ever have an issue finding what you need.

The store is always clean and everything seems to be in its place so it is easy to find . The employees are very helpful to find items.

Like so many other stores, just want to have the self checkouts.

An employee named Jager was very very helpful. He knew where all the products were that I was looking for and he did not hurry me when I was trying to make a decision.

The cashier Brady was very helpful and sweet asking us if we needed assistance!! The gentlemen with the NRA hat was also the sweetest helping us pick a gas boiler that would fit for us!! They made our experience even better since we live 30 minutes away!!

I bought a Maytag washer and dryer back in February. I still have not got them. They are telling me it wont be until May 4th now! Never again will I buy another appliance from there!
