Found product and was helped..

I was pleased with the help and service I received at my recent visits to Home Depot in Albert Lea, Mn. I purchased a heavy item and a worker helped carry it to my car. I had need to return the item through no fault of Home Depot. The return and refund were handled nicely.

We purchased outdoor flowers from the Home Depot Albert Lea, Mn. Cheryl and team are very friendly and knowledgeable. Always a smile and great service. Thank you.

Needed to pick up an additional Anderson Window and 36” Steel Door. Bud Rogers was extremely helpful in helping us find what we needed for a successful visit.

I haven't liked Home Depot for many years and they don't care..

When I need something in Pluming their are 2 great that always help me. When I need mini blinds the girls always help to cut them to the size I needed. In painting I can bring a old-chip of paint in and they can match it for me. The Employees MAKE the store. Helpful say Hello and just being there Thank you all at Home Depot in Albert Lea. Susan

Fitting bins are confusing, throw away the plan-o-gram and organize it.

Got some lumber that was really good. Fair prices, very friendly and helpful associates, great customer service. A+

Bought some carpet squares and was helped by a very nice employee. Asked about carpet that would go with either tan or grey walls, showed me some carpet suggestions and gave me samples to go home with. Always a positive experience when I go there to get something.

Was sent to Home Depot on a hunt for things on a list my folks gave me - a list that was not much help. Thank goodness the employees at HD were helpful and friendly. I was there at mid-morning and it was well-staffed and employees sought me out instead of me having to find them - a real treat.

In trying to purchase vinyl siding, Pro Desk Assistant, Samantha, went our of her way to secure profile and color samples that allowed me to confirm my order. Very pleased and I appreciated her assistance very much!

Your employees are alway so helpful and friendly! If we can't find what we are looking for they go out of their way to help find the item in store or get it ordered for us!

Great prices and a young gentleman checked us out after he shut his light off . He did not have to do that , and we definitely appreciated it.

On every visit to this store I have experienced customer service that is much better than what I am used to (not that that is saying much these days). Seriously, having a brick-and-mortar store as an alternative to online shopping is refreshing when the people helping you know what they are doing and go out of their way to make your visit a positive experience. My experience has been that they stock what I need, keep their stock up to date, and have actual humans on the staff that can answer questions.

Have been there several times recently. Each time have been greeted and asked if I needed help. Michelle and Kathy at paints. Cindy and Bradley in tools checkouts have been a breeze with Mary, Steve, Darlene. Joan always greets when I see her anywhere in the store!

We went to Home Depot to look for countertops & faucets for our bathrooms. The in-stock selection was very good and gave us many choices. Garrett & Kristilyn went above and beyond to help us.

Each time we have went we have a successful trip. You don’t have to go far and people greet you or ask if you need help.

I was just in the store with a huge need for advice on how to fix a paint issue with a door. Kathy in the paint department greeted me right away and dove right in to helping me with my problem. She was very knowledgeable about what process and products I should use and took the time to help me with all the details and things I would need for the the job. She was very sweet and friendly. I greatly appreciated her assistance.

The employees at this location are the best! Always around to make sure you are finding what you need, or to just see how your day is going! Very friendly and kindhearted people at this store!

We visited the Albert Lea store multiple times over the weekend. We ran across very helpful, positive, great attitude, upbeat employees. Found everything we needed and were always asked if we needed assistance.

In addition to being able to find needed items; I like to go just to look around and see what’s available..

Bradley went above and beyond to find what I needed, including bring extra to the check out for me.
