Dave in Garden was extremely helpful this morning! I was looking for an affordable grass seed to use with my students for a growing experiment in my classroom, and he walked me through my options and helped me decide which would be best for my needs. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

If you need cabinetry Jen is a fabulous designer at this Home Depot. She has excellent communication skills and is a wiz at design.

Worth shopping at this store. They have knowledgeable employees who are willing to take the time to answer your questions and make recommendations to help you make the right purchase at the right price.

Lady was about 60 peeking over my shoulder as I scanned my items. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable

I love walking my dogs early am. I also can get all my cleaning and painting supplies at the same time. Every employee is friendly and knowledgeable.

Excellent service as always

I had a unique issue, where I ordered $2000 of fencing materials, and intended to use a 10% off coupon, but could not locate the coupon. After delivery of the materials, I brought the coupon to the AV, MN store. Sam A. assisted me. It took about 30-45 minutes to achieve the outcome I had desired, but Sam relented, and a $200 credit was issued to my HD credit card. Sam A. deserves recognition, a raise, and promotion! I find that home improvement stores are very intimidating. It's hard to know where anything is and what exactly anything is. The staff there are amazing. They always greet you and always willing to point you in the right direction. There's always people in the departments that help you make a good decision.

We had a great experience getting our tree this year. The staff made it special and memorable and we learned a lot about how to care for our tree.

Purchased ladders for indoor/outdoor use. Helped Load, Tie Down 30 minutes max in and out on a Black Friday. Definitely, going back when I need additional items.

I like shopping at this home depot because it's very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Even the parking lot is convenient…I always get in and out fast, the live goods are always alive, the returns cashiers are sharp, everything in stock and good people

I went to the Apple Valley Home Depot to find materials to fix my paper cutting board. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted by Nick and Joel. After helping me find the right materials we went over to the Tool Renter area to have another Nick cut and size my materials. Once ready, the three employees helped me fix my cutting board right on-site. It was a 10/10 experience.

Garden center employees far exceed my expectations fo customer service and satisfaction.

Carole in Flooring at the Apple Valley MN store assisted me with a successful warranty claim. She went Above and Beyond. She also expressed what a great Place the Apple Valley Home Depot was to work at.

The price labeled by the toilet I bought did not match the price at checkout. It took 20+ minutes, being charged incorrectly, and refunded incorrectly before I left. Employees are stressed and not well-versed in how to discount an item incorrectly priced. They were trying hard, though. I feel for them.

This store is the best when you need advice or are looking for something!

Bought 75 bags of mulch was happy with price and kindness shown to me.

Thank you, Rich and Apple Valley Home Depot for providing outstanding customer service from the moment we entered the store, greeted by an employee, greeted in the applicance section - shopping on our own to give us an opportunity to discuss amongst ourselves, applying for a credit card, the application process, purchase process, and taking the time to explain different parts and pieces we may need for our washer and dryer, and an oppotunity to ask questions. Our salesperson took their time to discuss and share their experiences with their own applicances as we were first time home-owner's shopping for our first set of appliances.

We needed assistance in locating a gas grill we wanted to purchase. David H who typically works in Hardware went out of his way to help us locate the grill and he went to get a flat cart for us to put it on. The cashier called his supervisor to adjust the sale price on some chairs we purchase. Later that day the young woman working in returns was polite and friendly with our exchange we had to make.

We bought 5 appliance with a great discount. Sales man (Ron) was helpful and friendly.
