The home people staff are always helpful. They greet me at the door and asked me if I need help with locating any items.

Many employees around to ask questions and one employee came up to us and asked us if we needed assistance in the plumbing area. Cashier assist at the self check out always present. Greeted at the entrance. Nice touch.

The lady in the electrical department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful

Other than needing quirky automotive tools, this is by far the best tool store in the area I live in. Convenient hours, and usually stocked very well with the things I need, when I need them. Store employees may not always know what you need them to know, but they are all usually very friendly, and more than willing to help. And there are several employees in various departments I seek out if I have something complicated to tackle. Tony at customer service is a great guy, who cares about taking care of any problems that may arise with a purchase you made. I shop there often.

The customer service I received from Anthony (working at the returns register) when returning a faulty Toro grass trimmer product was exactly how a customer prefers to be treated. I explained why I was returning the faulty product and received a very respectful response from Anthony without any hard pressure to exchange for the exact item; and appreciated him not trying to convince me to purchase a similar product. I left the store very satisfied with Anthony’s great customer service!

Jacki was great to work with in home appliances.

This store is the store every other store should model after. They were very kind and very helpful as compared to other Home Depots in the Twin Cities area. I was looking for a specific item and the other stores in the area service desk would not even connect me to the department that I needed. One even hung up on me....twice! The Apple Valley Home Depot was the best experience I have every had shopping in a big box store. Thank you for showing me that there are still stores that care about customer service!

Dave in the Garden Area was extremely helpful. I explained the two projects - inside and outside - that brought me to the Apple Valley #2833 store. Dave listened then helped me find just the right items I needed to complete my jobs. He was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to assist me throughout the store. It was a great shopping experience thanks to Dave in the Garden Area!

The Apple Valley Home Depot store is usually stocked well and the employees very nice and helpful. The store is also very clean and organized.

Store is not clutter and selections for plants was excellent.

Apple Valley is not the closest store to us but it is the one we like the best. Seems to have more variety and knowledgeable people.

I definitely recommend this Home Depot store. When I walked in I was greeted buy one of the first people with a friendly hello. I had four different departments to go to and Within those departments there was an employee who was there and asked if they could help prior to me having to ask them if they could. Each one of the employees was very knowledgeable and friendly. What a wonderful experience I had today at this Home Depot.

I stopped in on a very busy Sunday afternoon & was helped & treated very kindly! Was in & out of there quickly with what I needed!

I’ve always been happy with the Apple Valley Home Depot. If I had questions or was looking for a certain item, I’ve never had a hard time finding help. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It’s a good place.

THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND THE EMPLOYEE"S WAS GREAT

Brent B. in the lumber dept at the Apple Valley MN store was exceptional in customer service. I felt very comfortable asking for his assistance in picking out lumber for my garden bench project. He took the time to understand what my objective was in my lumber planning. He picked out excellent boards and cut them exactly as I needed them. He also gave important information on how to preserve the wood so it will last longer. I am an older woman who likes to do projects and I don't very often find this support and patience!

Every employee that encountered on my trip to this store was informed and ready to answer all the questions I had.

My whole shopping experience was great. Throughout the store I was asked if I needed help. Everybody was friendly and my check out experience was complex with deliveries and pick ups . The cashiers worked together and got me on my way. Even helped load my car.

Store is constantly a mess. Hard to get around and find what you need. Management has no interest in taking care of the customers. Long time HD shopper and pro account holder going to be shopping down the street more.
