Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

When are Memorial Day Deals at Home Depot?

Get ready to save when you shop The Home Depot Memorial Day Sale. We've got the major items you've been waiting to save on: appliances, outdoor power equipment, grills, patio furniture, and more. Some categories are up to 20% off, while others have select online items up to 40%! It's easy to snag unbelievable deals from May 14th through 27th in person at your local store or with our mobile app.

How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temperatures?

Be certain your home is equipped for spring temperature swings by replacing faulty components of your home. If moisture gets inside the crevices, you could be looking at trouble. Check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. On your home's exterior, examine roof shingles or metal roofs for damage that may let water come in. Keep gutters clear of debris to keep rain overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're in poor condition.

Do you have specialty moving boxes?

Pick up a variety of moving boxes to make moving and storage easier. We've got the sizes you want, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Why should I get a generator?

Restore power in your home even after severe storms take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise while they create less power. When exploring different generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?

Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole or window when you can see animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off wannabe porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.

When is the June Home Depot Kids Workshop?

Stop by for the Kids Workshop on 6/6/26, from 9–12 noon or while supplies last. It's time to put together a goalie game! Your little builder can assemble their very own soccer craft — like the tabletop version but kid-sized. Remember to leave some time to play a few rounds of DIY soccer!
