Is big store but well organized that you can find what your are looking fast.

I love shopping at Home depot, better than Lowes. Today, I had looked online and saw what I wanted to purchase was available. Defiant 2-head Led Floodlights. Model # DFI-5982-WH Internet # 205937592 Store SKU # 1001311056 It said that there were 14 in stock. When I got to the store, there were none on the shelf. The associate could not find any, except for one open box motion let flood light. I had wanted two. The day prior I purchased one 3-head Led Floodlight, Model # DFI-5988-WH, and today I wanted two more of another type. I purchased everything else, wires, fasteners, a few tools, and Only ONE of the led floodlights that I wanted. I will need to wait until another becomes available, then take one down to connect the wires so that I can install the 3rd light. This makes extra work for me to do what I could have done in one day if all of the items were available. But, I guess that's the way it goes, when you want to get something done on your day off.

Checked online, but couldn't find what I needed. Once I got to the store, everything was fairly easy to find.

Bob in the paint dept. deserves a outstanding.He was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed.

The ONLY REASON "Associate Availability" is not marked excellent is that we patiently waited almost 30 minutes for the Department Supervisor, Lou Schneider, to return from the dinner hour he deserved because of helping a prior customer. We understood fully that this could happen even when arriving at 7:30 in the evening. The product we researched online was definitely on the floor and Lou could not have been more helpful with his cordial and friendly way of answering our every question about the refrigerator we purchased. This location also had the best pricing of all the locations AND businesses carrying this item. The only disappointment is that I could not use my military discount because the item was already discounted by the online pricing. We recommend this, our local store, to everyone.

Anytime I go to this Home Depot all of the associates are eager to help with any type of questions I may have.

My husband can browse around in this store for hours. We always are able to get what we came for (and usually more). This store has plenty of knowledgeable associates that are friendly and willing to help! We are in this store at least 4-5 times in a month and have no complaints.

Store associates were extremely helpful, especially an associate in plumbing who left the department to help us with paint. Also Robert Andreoni who helped us with lumber products. He was great!! This is the first time I've been able to find what I was looking for and everything I was looking for at Home Depot. Much better experience than in Massachusetts. I would highly recommend this store and Robert Andreoni!

I usually have a good experience at the store. Once in a while you may have to wait in order to find an associate for help, but when you do find one, they are always pleasant and helpful.

Received friendly, helpful advice, checkout person was very friendly and knowledgeable and had help carrying out my purchase.

THE ELECTRICAL ASSOCIATE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.

One man approached me in the paint isle only to see if I needed help with the stain I was looking for, which was not in stock, he stated that it would be in tomorrow. Otherwise, I walked around in several departments with associates passing me by as I was trying to locate items but no one asked if they could help. The gentleman at the cashier booth in Lawn and garden was helpful when I asked him about a certain shrubs, his name was Jeffrey he was very nice !!!!!

Even if you have to ring a bell to get the associates they are always so pleasant and knowledgeable! I love going here because I always feel helped and leave with a better knowledge of my project!

I went back to the store to speak with Christy from Home installation, to see if we could have Elaine help me oder the vanity and Medicine Cabinet I previously attempted to order. Christy was friendly and professional as usually and very helpful. I told her I did not want to deal with the Associated Brenda in Kitchen and Bath. She asked Elaine to assist me and she was very friendly and professional researched products that fit what I had previously tried to purchase and provided me with three different options. I was very please with her willingness to assist me. I was please with what she had presented to me and I asked Christy to order the vanity and medicine cabinet for me, Which she did and then helped me with the tile for my bathroom floor. Just wanted to add Re-bath is doing my bathroom at the recommendation of Associate of Christy. I did not want, nor will I deal with Associate Brenda, I found myself hiding from her as I did not want to deal with her rudeness and unprofessionalism. Elaine and Christy made my experience a very pleasant one and I would recommend both of these associates to anyone. The cashier was also very friendly and helpful, she had another associate help load my car with the tile and other purchases I made.

Christy from Home installation was very friendly and courteous. She requested Associate Elaine to assist me with a vanity and Medicine Cabinet. Associate Brenda came over and stated "What is going on here" My both dropped open at the rudeness of this employee. She then lead me over to the isle where the products were and told me the product I had picked out on Wednesday and it was now Friday was not longer available. To this day the samples are still displayed. She then told me the price of the vanity top in a manner in which she talked down to me like I could not afford to purchase the product that I was interested in. She also talked about the other associate in front of me which I felt very unnecessary and unprofessional. I did not want to deal with her, as she was very rude and unprofessional.ldg

Christy in Home Installation was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I was very happy with how she handle everything and made sure I found everything I was looking for.

When I had a question concerning the choice between product I wanted, the associate was very helpful in addressing my needs and took me to the correct area in the store and actually helped me look at the items and decide which one best fit my needs and desires. A great help and I will definitely return to this store again and again

Never a issue with the associates and the Berlin HD. I feel welcomed and appreciated when shopping there.
