Great customer service
I live right around the corner from Lou’s, but it seems that every time I go there and they’re not very helpful so we went to Home Depot to buy a grill. Not only were they very helpful, they assemble the grill, helped us rent a truck to transport it and loaded the truck. I find that the Home Depot employees are more attentive and knowledgeable, then the employees at other stores of the state.
