I have never written up Home Depot in a negative light, always positive. My recent visits have become less and less pleasant, bordering on unpleasant. The shopping part of my visits is still fine, entering and exiting is almost painful. I sincerely wish I had an answer for the failures, but I only see things from a shopper's perspective.

My daughter and I went shopping for bathroom fixtures. The store manager, Terry, patiently answered our questions and concerns. With his help, we confidently made our selections and are thrilled with our purchase. Even the cashiers made us smile!

The employees, from the Store Manager, down to the cashiers, are always amazing. This is a very well run store. Staff is professional, knowledgable, and friendly. The shelves are neat and well stocked. If you need help, there is always an employee nearby ready to help you and they all spend lots of time answering questions until everything you need is fully resolved.

We had a great experience ordering custom blinds. The sales rep went through every option available to us so we could compare products and make informed choices.

The Home Depot is very clean and any material that I need for my jobs are generally located in the same area which saves me time and money from running around! If I need professional help or guidance there’s somebody there to answer my question satisfactory.

The minute we entered the store we were asked if the gentleman in a scooter could help us find something. I gave him the light bulb and off he went right to the selection of bulbs. He called another gentleman and the second one picked it right up out of the display matching the bulb we needed. Boom! It was done that fast. A big box store with all the convenience of a mon and pop store on the corner!

The West Berlin store staff is excellent. They are all very friendly and helpful. Everyone knew, with laser precision, exactly were the products I was looking for were. The store was clean and well stocked, even after the crazy Christmas shopping season. The best part for me was the interaction with Cashier Frances before I left. She was kind, helpful and funny. She allowed me to park a full cart in her area while I filled another before checking me out and wishing me luck and success in the new year. And also an added bonus, a Chick-fil-A in the connecting parking lot!

i would recommend home depot for all your handyman tools landscaping home etc............shopping in their store is friendly and very helpful in finding what you need and giving feedback to help with whatever your doing its very convenient and easy to get to

Always helpful, even when I arrive late and the associates justifiably have one foot out the door. That's not a criticism, I'd be in the parking lot!
