Thank you Russ for doing your best to help me and not sending to another department. A little bit of kindness goes a long way.

Just got paint,few brushes.

The worker at the self checkout was rude, overly aggressive, not helpful, and implied I would try to scan a wrong label for a $35 plant.

I arrived to shop for multiple items. The flooring department was extremely professional. Excellent customer service.

Mr bill took his time and was patient and very friendly made sure I had the item I needed for my project. Great customer service.

This is truly a great store! Helpful, clean, knowledgeable, all of the staff is wonderful! But if you want really excellent service see Bob in paint or Mauro in tool rental. I like everyone in this store.

We brought in an old can of paint. John, the paint advisor took the time to take a look at it, and mixed a new batch of the same color for us. He sensed our needs, was efficient, and quite knowledgeable. He managed to multi task, and take care of other customers while mixing our paint. Frances, the cashier, helped expedite our Military Discount. She and John were patient and kind.

Kitchen backsplash project exceeded my expectations staff was accommodating.

I ordered a kitchen sink base online and had it delivered to the store. Mary Ellen and another kind woman at the service desk helped arrange delivery for to my home. (which turned out to be a somewhat complicated process) When received, I saw HD had shipped the wrong size, in spite of the receipts and shipping label showing the correct size. Mary Ellen helped me through the return and replacement process. There were other complications, but the point is they (customer service) has followed up with everything they said they would, arranged shipping to my home, arranged to have the wrong sized item picked up and returned, refunded the amount, helped me order the replacement, and did it all with smiles and a pleasant attitude. The problem with the cabinet was not the store's fault, but they have gone out of their way to make it right for me. They've even offered to check out the replacement cabinet when it arrives so we don't repeat the cycle. I couldn't ask for more!
