When are Kids Workshops offered at my local Home Depot?
Kids Workshops are hosted in-store every first Saturday of the month from 9am-noon. Registration for Kids Workshops isn't yet available, but kits are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
How do I check my Home Depot gift card balance?
The Home Depot gift cards are a popular choice during the Holiday season, with givers and doers that can be purchased in-store at our brick-and-mortar stores or online at homedepot.com. If you are a recipient, you can check your gift card balance online or visit your local Home Depot store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you. Our gift cards can be redeemed in-store or used to make purchases online with no additional fees.
What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. We've also stepped up our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas like self-checkout, door handles, and bathrooms, as well as posting signage about handwashing and other preventative actions.
We're promoting social distancing in our stores and distribution centers, which includes stores limiting the number of customers inside at any given time. In addition to training our associates on social distancing, we've placed distancing markers at some of our checkout counters and are making overhead announcements on our store PA systems asking customers to practice social distancing.

Does The Home Depot Blue Springs offer curbside pickup?
We deliver curbside and you can order online for convenient store pickup daily until 6 p.m. Here's how:

Unhappy with this shopping experience
In any Home Depot I have used, they have honored my VA military discount. This store would not honor my VA military status. For this reason, I will travel to a competitor that does honor my discount.

Very satisfied with the assistance received from HD staff!!
David Smith, Millwork Specialist, knows his stuff and goes the extra mile to provide quality customer service. It is because of employees such as this that I will return and do business with this HD store. I actually pass by two HD stores on my way home from work, but if I need millwork materials I stop at the Blue Springs HD because of the expertise and service available from Mr. Smith.

ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE!
We shop at this store A LOT! We have received assistance in every aisle every time we need it with minimum wait time.
We are currently working on a basement finish and we have had all kinds of questions for your staff. Most associates are able to relay how they finished their basements or give us "don't forget to's" or "have you tried?" AND the most important one to date, "here is what I would have done differently". Our new phrase is "The guy/lady at Home Depot said ...". Bottom line, there is no way we could get this project done without your staff.

Nothing outstanding, nothing unexpected either
As far as going to a Home Depot or Lowe's or Menard's, I can't imagine there's that much of a shopping experience difference between the three. This particular HD is only 1 mile from my house so there would have to be a good reason for me to drive to Lowe's or Menard's.
