Customer Service Return
I needed to return an item for refund. The wait time was 5-10 minutes, but worked out well. Kudos to Pennie! She was very Professional, Knowledgeable, and Personable.. The Trifecta of Customer Service. The process was seamless, which is what I needed for this poor item I purchased a few weeks ago.

Above and Beyond
I had an issue with my deadbolt at home, and had to make a 6AM trip to home depot to buy a new lock. I did not want to get all new keys made, so I knew I needed this new lock to be re-keyed (which is a skill I know nothing about). Despite this being at opening time, and their normal "key person" being gone, the helpdesk (whose name I sadly did not get) called for Wallace to help, and he went out of his way to help me when most places would have made me come back. Traci the cashier was also great. I have been utterly ignored at other stores like this, and this was the exact opposite.

Not good treatment of military veteran
I went to use the military discount but was told by the cashier that because I am not a disabled veteran I am not eligible. The store policy states all military veterans which includes me, an army veteran.
