Very helpful staff!
Bird in flooring helped me locate a hanger I was looking for, even though I had no clue what it was called. I described what I was looking for and after a few questions she knew exactly what I was looking for and where to find it. She even walked me straight to it so I wouldn't get lost on the was there. Thanks Bird for helping us out so i could get home to get my baby in bed.

Sylvia, Sam, Dylan, and Jackie were all awesome! Outstanding customer by going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. This is why I drive almost an hour just to shop at Home Depot even though there are other hardware stores much closer to Whiteman AFB!

Customer service is lacking
My wife and I were greeted in the parking lot and by employees at the paint counter, not with "Welcome!" or "Can I/ we help you?", but with "We are closing in 45 minutes". We both felt very unwelcome.

Customer Service Improvement
I went Christmas shopping for a man who gave me a list of tools I had no idea what they were. Between the Independence Store and the Lee's Summit Store, I received Customer Service like never before. Got my gifts and everyone was right there to help. Best experience I've had at Home Depot. I hope it continues!

Store is going wrong direction
This used to be a wonderful location for Home Depot, but with a recent management change, the shelves are empty, the isles are dirty, and there are no employees available any longer for customer service.
