Laura helped me compare the various different smokers and find a good one for a great price and warranty also went above and beyond to assist me in carrying my items to the cashier and load them to my car. Will definitely come back.

I had the experience of which I never thought I would have from cashier Lavinia on 6/20/2022. I was in line to pay my credit card statement always have gone to returns to pay since all your other stores (Northlake, Broadview, Oak Brook and Niles) allow for credit card payments. I proceeded to tell her that I would like to make a payment her reply was “ I am only going to do this once sir, for returns are for returns not for making payments” I stated well it is easier for me and being that I am walking into the stores point of entry it only makes it easier for me to do that. “ her reply was “again returns are for refit or credit card payments”. I was a Home Depot associate for 18 years and we took pride in customer not giving the customers attitude. I asked her how long she was with Home Depot and she stated 10 years and yes I know it is a hard environment at times but with a unpleasant and unprofessional attitude like hers makes me think about shopping or paying my card payment at 1903

All things being equal, the service is always best at Brickyard Home Depot. Management is doing a great job! Even the bathroom is clean.

1903 has been around a long time and Home Depot should go back to basics, great the customer, ask what they need don’t point or say it is in aisle 12, walk them to it. Like many other chains you have list your luster for the customer.

I looked online for the product at this store and it was where the website stated. Then when I went to the cashier and was ready to pay with one of my other CC's she asked if I had a Home Depot CC and I do she said use it to save more money they have a promotion this month. I took her advice and saved more than $10 on this purchase it may not seem like a huge amount but every bit of money saved helps.

Thanks to William from plumbing and the whole team for helping me find everything I needed to take care of a flooded basement.

Been going to HD for many years on Elston & North only to recently find that the store manager, Joe, had been transferred. We'll let me tall you, I found him and the experience at the Brickyard HD is even better than the other store. Clean. Great stick. Friendly staff. Definitely will be back!

They are just about the only place you can walk into and get the soil I need.

Good prices and choices

Original tag said 29.99 but pot rang up at 37. Cashier said tag was for a different pot. Manager would not honor price.

I was able to get over a hundred items very easily for a remodel... the cashier rang up everything with a smile. Great store.

Isabela in the paint department. Hire more of her. A Saturday morning at the Home Depot is insanely busy. Isabela helped me find the right paint and accessories all the while making sure other customers were acknowledged and assisted. Her demeanor is professional but also warm and kind. I could tell right away that she cares about her work and strives to give it her best. I was in a bit of a rush so I didn’t get a chance to talk to a supervisor. I wanted to personally compliment Isabela. Leaving this review is the next best thing. Thank you, Isabela!

We used the self check out and the person that was assigned was watching us like we are going to steal something. After we finished paying, she stopped us to check our receipt and check every item in our cart. Everything was paid and was on the receipt. She only did this to us and not the other customers. Is this standard procedure or she only did it to us because were Asian?
