Great experience an Great help
Everything was good, if we needed help we asked an the staff was friendly throughout the whole place! An at check out Big Jay was so friendly an a great help when it came to helping us check out an apply for the credit card!! Definitely appreciated help!

Store was ok but Home Depot.com is HORRIBLE
Although I placed an order for an appliance online, I had to drive to the store for a 30 second refund transaction, I cancelled the order nearly two months ago. My credit card was required to process the refund. Extremely disappointed, after 20 years, I plan to cut ties with Home Depot.

Entire store should be considered self service
If you want to shop at a store where no one is available/willing to help you, even though you see multiple employees chatting in the aisles and where you love waiting for a cashier to finish texting on her phone before she rings up your purchase, then this is the store for you. You’ve been warned.

Poor customer service
This was a very bad experience for me, the store is always dirty, missing items and no one helps when you need help. Their employees are always on their phones and you can never find them if you need help with something. This is one of the worst stores in the Chicagoland area.

Incredible Customer Service
Memorable experience with Alexander that is in a class of its own as I never had HD associate be this customer focussed. I was politely asked if I am in hurry and if perhaps he can page me or call when items are ready for pickup. When I arrived heavy Items were on a flat-cart. Afterwards Alexander offered to assist with loading.
