Walked in, immediately asked for help; associate walked me to the area and pointed out the various features - very knowledgeable - paid with no wait time - Was back in my car within 15 minutes total - great experience ( as always)

Store is great. Better than other locallocallocal home depots that I havehave visited around michigan. They do not carry as many soap ducts as I would have liked to seeseen.

We worked with Lee to purchase all new appliances for our home. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to help us to decide what we needed and what the best products were for us. He knows absolutely everything there is to know about appliances- I 100% recommend going to him for any of your purchases!!

The sales associates are friendly and quick! There's plenty of helpful employees on the floor. They are polite and full of helpful information.

I was helped by a cashier named Shelby. She couldn't have been more helpful! What a joy it was to interact with her. I had ordered online from Novi and their inventory was off so I didn't get one of the items I needed. I called Brighton, Shelby checked stock herself and pulled the item, had it waiting for me at the customer service desk when I drove from Novi to Brighton. My new store of choice is Brighton, even though Novi was a little closer for me. Shelby should be commended for her OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I am handicapped so it was a blessing for me that I did not have to retrieve the item I needed myself, one of the reasons I ordered online. Keep up the great work Brighton Store!!

We love this store. When we need any help we know particular people in each department who are more than willing to help us and are very knowledgeable. We don't go anywhere else.

Once again, the cashier (this time it was Hannah) was helpful and very professional. The woman in the lumber dept could improve her customer relations skills.

Home Depot is my favorite store. Most of the employees are very helpful.

Lee in appliances; with 30 years experience can answer any question, he knows the all the appliances inside and out! Very helpful, never pushy. Answered all our questions, pointed us in the right direction. He is one of several associates that keep me returning to HD, hats off to Gene, Marcia, and Bill in customer service, Christina, Jay and Debbie in Pro service, Eddie in plumbing and Tony on nights. The whole team makes stopping their a pleasure!

This store is always great, they beat the other stores in the area hands down. I don't shop anywhere else!

I have been shopping at the Home Depot for as long as I remember. The stores are always neat and clean and the associates are ALWAYS available and helpful to the point of calling other stores for the item I need and on very rare occasions not in stock. We just purchased the carpeting for our family room the associates in the flooring department went out of their way to be sure I found exactly what I was looking for, the entire experience was effortless and the installation was top notch. We love our carpet! Also, the prices for the majority of the items I need for my home from cleaning supplies to everything you could possible need for your home repairs to home decorating are very good and beat most other stores. The associate in Electrical was very helpful in obtaining all items needed to install a dedicated 20A electrical outlet.
