We carpeted three rooms and a stairway. During install, a worker broke a slat in our plantation blinds. I've spoken with two store employees. The higher up person that handles these things said he didn't know what to do. He called back and said he sent the info to the installer company. I delt with one person there. She said she would forward it to someone else. She said that person will get back to us. I am waiting for his call. Seems like a lot of buck passing to me. Know one wants to take responsibility. To me, good customer service would be someone at Home Depot taking the information and then THEY call others until it's resolved. I shouldn't have to spend days on phones explaining the same problem to each person. I'm 77. My wife and I saved money to have new carpet. Now it's turned into total frustration. We can't be the first person whom has ever had an install problem of this sort. Yet everyone seems to act like it's the first time.

I came in today for a light fixture. I left with a full heart from the great conversation your customer service staff offered.

I can count on assistance, smiles, knowledge and enjoy my visit to my favorite “candy store”. Fences, blinds and steps……oh my. Just to name a few recent purchases. Many more to come, I’m sure!

I am an older woman who likes to do home projects that range from staining the siding on my home to building a wooden walkway behind my garage. I get my supplies from Home Depot and the staff are always helpful.

The staff at the Brighton store are the friendliest and anxious to help you find what you need and how to.use it.

Had what I wanted for a good price

Bought the 16" x 60" mirror and all select 1x4,1x3,1x2 materials to build a full standing mirror, approximately 68" tall with supporting legs. Turned out to be beautiful and have now been requested to build another for another Grandchild

When you are in the lumber, department loading wood. Too many employees stand around and watch and do not offer to help. I spend thousands every month and they just STAND around watching you.. they always tell you They are too busy to get your order ready for you before you get there. And then when you're there, no one is ever doing anything

I love to shop at this store. It always has what I need and the employees are ready to help anytime.

Staff is empowered to match better prices found elsewhere.

The Brighton HD has the best employees around. Always ready to help and friendly through the process.

Don't have the new fridge yet coming this Wednesday. The purchase was easy and salesperson was very helpful

we live less than 2 miles from the Fenton store. It’s much smaller and has less. Brighton employees are cheerful and ready to help. Fenton store is more expensive so with that being said I will drive 17 miles. Better pricing, well stocked store

I consistently shop at Brighton's Home Depot for a large variety of things. I am a 69 year old woman who likes to do projects around the house, from painting the outside of the house to replacing boards on my deck, to a number of other projects. I usually find the women sales persons to be much more help than the men, but not always. I don't know if it is because I am an older woman. But I still like this store because it has what I need.

My daughter and I had to pick up some items on a Saturday in the spring and were met at nearly every corner, with a helpful, friendly staff. It really stuck out to me just how helpful, happy and friendly the staff was.

Store had no one to assist, no flatbeds available

63 years old, purchased 6 large bags of garden soil. Several employees working in lawn and garden plus the cashier. It was obvious I was struggling to push the flat cart with that much weight, yet not one person offered assistance. I have a bad back and bad knees, not one offer of assistance. I pulled each bag off the shelf, placed it on the cart, wheeled it through the store, to the parking lot and loaded each bag in the back of my car NOT ONE OFFER OF ASSISTANCE.

Employee’s are very helpful, they listen and make sure I’m getting the right item for our needs. BUT…..even though I love dogs, I hate that dogs are allowed, last week a whole aisle was blocked while a woman (40’s) and her dog were introduceing them selves to to a man (45ish) and his dog. Is this a new ‘pickup’ spot in town?? And who cleans up the 💩?????? I hope not the employees!!!

I have purchased a lot of material from the Brighton Home Depot and it is not uncommon to either have items out of stock (electrical especially) or for Brighton to not carry them. Howell has a better selection as does Novi. Someone at corporate needs to address this issue.

Remodeling a shower. Almost finished just needed grout sealer. HD made sure I got the correct sealer without harsh chemicals.

I do construction work and go shopping at this Home Depot a lot. This is a really well run store. The store is clean and the staff are always nice to work with.

Pretty disappointed in the way my entire sale and myself was treated by employee HMS1MH5. First time ever buying appliances and spending this much money at one time. There were questions I needed answered and all she was worried about was me signing before her machine timed out! I wasn’t even sure what I was signing! I have so much disappointment about the entire transaction I should have just walked out. So much to say and really hope something is done about this.

Was at the store yesterday no associate to answer questions about Door nothing so she wrote down all my information. Guarantee me a 24 hour call back it’s been 30 hours and no callback.

Don’t expect any help everyone is lost at this store!!!!
