I went to my local Brighton store and the person at the Customer Service was very eager to answer my questions and the Check Out person in the garden are was very friendly, eager to answer my additional questions, gave me useful information to you.

Bought multiple salt bags for softener, all employees I saw asked if I found everything or asked if I needed any help, all were cheerful.

Purchased 4 items at Brighton store and all 4 deliveries were screwed up: damaged item, failure to coordinate with delivery service on white glove service, failure to deliver at all and failure to provide delivery company with contact information. Loss of 3 weeks on project finish date and $1800 bill from contractor for delay in providing needed materials, for which Home Depot said, "Sorry" and here's $500 in compensation. Never buy anything from this store that they have to deliver.

Brighton's Home Depot has helpful employees that are knowledgeable and friendly. They answer any questions I have and are willing to help pickup heavy items for you.

The person they sent to the dept to help had no idea about the product …

There are lots of staff in this store and they are very friendly and willing to show you around. Although the staff is always willing to help you find things, no one is knowledgable about the products they sell. They need to hire staff and/or train staff in their areas to know more about the products and the projects they can be used for.

Went there today to purchase mulch that is on sale for memorial weekend and there was no one able to load it! Had to load it myself so be prepared if you go memorial weekend

I recently bought a Cub cadet Lt 46 riding lawn mower. The employees at the Brighton Home depot were all very helpful with picking out the lawn mower and making the purchase and loading process very quick and easy.

Donna. at the Service Center, is one of the most competent, helpful, cheerful employees that I have experienced in a very long time in a retail setting. Hope she is appreciated.

The staff at the Brighton location is Extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and Amazing!! Lisa, a cashier, is so sweet & kind!!

Don’t think you can peacefully shop here. They are really going to bother you on every single aisle. You asked if I needed help, I said no politely and yet you continued to bother me. Thank you for making one of my favorite places insufferable.

If you ever go to this Home Depot (which we absolutely love) there is the sweetest cashier who is always smiling and recognizes her frequent shoppers, Bonnie.

My last visit was fast and very efficient at HD. Great help in the plumbing area and checkout.:)

I have had only positive experiences at Home Depot, particularly with the Customer Service Team. They know their stuff! If there is a question they can't answer, they know who to call for the answer. Great place to do business!

Shannon Kirby in the appliance department was so incredibly helpful to us in purchasing our washer and dryer. He is knowledgeable, professional and kind. He's helped us before in purchasing a new microwave so we were confident that he could help us this time for a larger purchase and he definitely followed through! Don is very knowledgeable and helpful! With a line of people he did not rush us or make us feel like we were holding him up. He was friendly to everyone he assisted. He went above and beyond with recommendations and customer service!

Visited the garden center this morning, no one was in line the cashier was in his box did not come out to greet anyone he was rude and unfriendly He rang my order up wrong and gave me attitude.
