Avoid Brandon at customer service.
Outstanding staff with the exception of Brandon at customer service he's a snobby rude nasty young man who will treat you poorly regardless of who you are or how much money you spend there.

Appliance purchase
We were looking for a specific electric range. Actually we were not expecting it to be in the store. We looked and looked. We asked one of the HD team members and they knew right where it was in a display area. Sales person very knowledgeable about product. Was very satisfied. As a bonus they must have had a project for children making bird houses. It was a beautiful to see the children leaving the store with their projects and their parents in tow. Was a wonderful at HD

What an outstanding customer service situation
I spent over $200 in the paint department and was very well treated. At the checkout the two employees were too busy talking to even see I was having trouble with the register that I was forced to operate myself. Not even a bit of customer service. Sad
