Store is bright, clean and well organized. We had a question regarding our credit card; therefore, searched out Customer Service. There, we found an extremely helpful and courteous employee, Mariah, that not only satisfied our question but checked us out, also.

An Associate (I forget his name) just happened to be walking and I asked for help, which he provided. I was looking for an obscure item that would actually repair my cup hold in my SUV. We went from one side of the store to another and he assisted me until I had the piece I was looking for (at least 10 minutes). The part he helped me find actually repaired my cup holder!!!

The store is always clean and well stocked with friendly employees to help with finding products and checking out.

I just loaded up my car and am in the parking lot as I type this. Sean’s customer service was about the best I’ve experienced. I asked him where 2 products were and he led me to them in the aisle, didn’t just point me in the direction. He also noticed I had my 20-month old daughter with me and asked where my car was parked so I could check out closest to that exit. He ended up ringing me up in customer service himself and escorted me to my car where he proceeded to figure out how to fold down my back seat so the curtain rods I purchased would fit in my trunk AND load my car with my items. I’m seriously blown away! My family and I just moved back to Indiana after 5 years in Tennessee. Southern hospitality has nothing on Hoosier hospitality. You’ve earned my business. Thanks SO much!

Terrible service. Six different times an employee told me they couldn't advise me on a toilet flapper but would find me someone who could, so I would wait some more. No one ever came and the people I had talked to disappeared entirely. After an hour of this farce I left. What an awful way to run a store!

My experience with this store has always been positive. I find the staff professional and helpful. Clean and well stocked shelves.

We are doing a kitchen remodel, including new cabinets and countertops. The Kitchen Design Consultant, Katie Darby, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process of budgeting, designing, and ordering everything we needed for our project. She was, along with the other associates who assisted us, very friendly and personable. The displays and models in the store and in the brochures that were provided made it easy for us to make decisions about the products that would best suit our needs. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend this Home Depot store to anyone who is planning to do a kitchen remodel.

I shop here often and have worked with several people throughout the store in many departments. I have consistently found them very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from lumber, paint, appliances to lighting and other building materials.

The people who work at this store are some of the most helpful, professional, and approachable workers you could come across. Living only a few miles away from this location, I've made innumerable trips to #2037 over the past 3 years to shore up my 40-year-old home. I know Home Depot is part of a big box chain, but the attention and expertise of these individuals make this particular store feel like a mom-and-pop hardware store.

I have been overwhelmed with every employee I have dealt with at the Carmel, Indiana store. I cannot express me thanks enough. But, since I moved from Jacksonville Fl. to Indianapolis Indiana, I have tried to use Home Depot contractors 3 times and was displeased, dissatisfied and totally "never again" attitude. 1st one - concrete contractor that visited the house, saw what I wanted for a slab for my soon-to-arrive Tuff Shed (bought through the Carmel store and I cannot phase the Pro Dept and Tuff Sheds for their cooperation and help). The concrete contractor said he'd get back with me with a price. Numerous phone calls and he returned one ("oh yeah, I was suppose to get you a quote"). Never heard from him again., That threw off the schedule for the Shed installation for 3-4 weeks. And yes, this was a good 3-4 week "when is this guy going to call back?" 2nd one - I needed some tile work done (master bath floor and shower). The tile guy came out and said he could not do showers that Home Depot's renovation crews do that. He called the store and they took care of contracting the renovation crew dept. A week or so later I checked with the store. I was told "They will call you". A week or so later no call so I went to the Pro Desk and Johnny called them. I was told I was on their list "to call" this afternoon. What??? 2-3 weeks just to get called back??? 3rd one - I needed drywall finishing done (I tried but I am a plumber and not a drywall finisher). The ones that came out to finish and adjust my work (as I said, I am not a finisher and the gentlemen and I agreed that I would not be hired by them...that was joking and I agreed and totally laughed about it). They took 6 days to finish instead of the 3 days they said...and there wasn't that much to do. When they finished it looked like crap. Luckily I could touch it up and the tile installer I found fixed the rest of their work. So, as you can see, I will never employ any Home Depot Contractor again, I will not even ask for one. They are totally unreliable and useless. However, I will continue to use the Carmel Indiana store and use the advice of the experts working there. I believe they have got to have the top set of great employees ever accumulated in any Home Depot store...professional, knowledgeable, friendly and provide extreme customer service. A few I have dealt with...Dee (she is at another store now), Tony, James, Meg, Mike, Kevin, Johnny, Greg, and I am sure I am leaving out a few. All top in their profession!!!

My wife and I moved from Jacksonville Fl. to Indianapolis In. 1-1/2 years ago. Since then, we have spent a ga-zillion dollars in the Carmel Indiana Home Depot and we have met an amazing amount of great people who work there. Tony, Kevin, Johnny, James, Meg, Greg, Mike along with others make my visit fun. plus I receive a 10% military discount (Navy Chief of 26 years). The employees are great and that store is super...and as a Navy Chief Petty Officer, we do not hand out "atta-boys" unless they are deserved. Thank You!!!

The engineering firm I worked for demanded "Extreme Service" to the clients. Actually, that was easy to do because that is nothing but common sense and respect. The Home Depot store in Carmel Indiana does exactly that!!! Thank You!!!

All of the employees I encountered were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! The store was clean and easy to navigate. Will absolutely be back.
