Wouldn’t hurt to also enhance quality and assurance protocol and o ensure customer satisfaction. Visited this location purchased storm door with installation and entire experience was a frustrating nightmare and the entire Home Depot staff lacks professionalism, customer service and management ability to resolve their failed attempts of paid for services. Wouldn’t recommend this location business or affiliated home remolding associates. It’s as if they are giving excuses and I have yet to receive the door with installing that I paid for or a full refund

If you are headed to the Carmel store to buy an appliance, look for Stephen if he is there that day. He helped us buy a refrigerator. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a low key sales approach that helped us discuss all the options in a very reassuring way. No high pressure tactics like some other appliance stores nearby. Thorough knowledge of the appliances in the store and of course the Homedepot shipping schedule and delivery schedule. We feel good about our purchase thanks to Stephen. In todays retail environment, being happy about a major purchase is not always a given.
