good experience at this store staff was very helpful with what i need it to know.

I check Home Depot, Lowe's and Menards pricing and products constantly, and 85% of the time I find what I need at the best price at Home Depot. I also have quite a few returns as I'm a trial and error DIY, and HD has been most accommodating in that area, even when I don't have a receipt and can't find one looking it up on my credit cards. It makes me much more comfortable in buying several things at once, knowing I will be able to return the ones that don't fit, or that I have left over, even if I pay cash and can't find the receipt. Most of all, the associates are considerably more knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating at the Clarksville Indiana HD than at the competition.

Example: the store was clean and products were easy to find. I was very happy with the help I received AT THE APPLIANCE DEPT.

The sales associate was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to help me select the refrigerator that met my needs and that I could afford. He was able to answer all of my questions and helped make it an enjoyable experience. The cashier was also very professional and friendly. I love shopping at Home Depot because of the great selection of merchandise and the fact that the associates can show you how to use the product or advise you to which item best suits your needs. Thanks!!!

Very good service and products. Have bought 3 large garage cabinets ,electrical wiring and boxes;also fiberboard in the last 2 months and I am very satisfied with the products and availability.

Nice older gentleman helped me look at seeds for a good 5-10 minutes with no luck on finding a particular kind. He was very sweet, seemed to care, and even struck a nice conversation. The store was clean and had many associates to help.

The store itself clean the associates well to busy on cell phones to answer questions or cannot be found is there not enough staff to man all different depts one person directed me across the store to an aisle that had nothing to do with the item I wanted ? I get the same at lowes one street over and they have people running all over , I don't get it?

I was looking for a lighting socket started on electrical , no luck no associate! Went to switches and plates some luck but not what I needed, associate walked by and said have a good day and was gone?went to over head lighting and struck out then I went over by ballasts and stuff why I don't know and there was the piece in all one unit happy dance had the same hanging stuff I found in over head light ing and more do not understand why they are not together?

Sandra, at the Customer Service Desk, was so helpful and patiently answered my plumbing questions!

I was greeted by a customer service associate when I entered the store and when I told her what I wanted she said that I had a choice of two different sections of the store, but she would take me to both to see which product I liked best. She did this and we chose an item in the first location (lumber), but then we went to lighting section and compared the two products. I ultimately bought the item I liked best in lighting. She then came back to the front of the store with me and checked me out. She was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. This was a vast improvement in what I've experienced in past Home Depot visits, and I plan to shop here more often as a result.

WE HAD SHOPPED FOR ROLL-AROUND TOOL BOXES AT SEVERAL OTHER STORES AND FOUND THAT THE HOME DEPOT 'HUSKY' BRAND WAS SUPERIOR TO THE OTHERS AND COULD BE PURCHASED AT A REASONABLE PRICE. WE RETURNED TO THE STORE TO BUY ANOTHER TOOL BOX ROLL-AROUND SET FOR ANOTHER PERSON ON OUR LIST.

"#1" With other Home Improvement Stores nearby, Home Depot consistently delivers. The products you need seem to always be in stock. They don't move things around very often, so you can go right to the items, with confidence that they will be right there! It helps you to get in and out fast, then back to work ... OMG!

Bought a new over the stove microwave/convection oven today. The sales lady was very helpful and thought we would like the benefits of the convection oven as well as a microwave.

I always love shopping at Home Depot. I always end up finding and buying more than I originally went there for. Plus I find products that get me started on another project for my home. I enjoy shopping at Home Depot, is a good place to find the tools and material that you need to do your work. The associates are very friendly and helpful, and it does not take long to cash out at the register.

this is the second time I have paid for merchandise and they have sold it to someone else. this time was the last time I shop there. we ordered and paid for everything we needed sat paid for delivery to be on wed morning, and tue afternoon I get a call someone took our flooring and they don't have any more.I had to waste 2 hours of my time trying to pick out new flooring close to the same color....it took so long because ...they weren't willing to price match the one closest to matching because it would be to much of a loss for them..( what about me and all my time and trouble...funny how they make their mistake your problem) The one we finally settled on is better flooring BUT darker than I wanted...they were supposed to deliver wed morning ....2:00 still not here ... this has been quite a nightmare ... not sure we will even keep the flooring if it ever gets delivered think its gonna be to dark for the room and existing trim???? I guess I will shop at lowes from now on.

Very helpful associates, we were approached and asked if we needed help instead of having to chase down an employee. I think Home Depot has very good prices and added registers is definetly a plus.

Great store with fair prices. Sometimes hard to find an associate to help. When I do they're always very friendly and either help right away or track down the person in the department with expertise in that area.

I went to the plumbing dept to look for a water hose and an on/off valve. I was pleasantly supprised to find it in a one piece design instead of having to buy them separately. Excellent! Also, the plumber guy helped me pick out the right hot water heater and gave me very useful information about its instillation including getting some items that I didn't even know that I needed so I didn't have to come back to get them. Thanks plumber guy. Thanks Home Depot.

Just so you know! My wife and I went to the Grand Opening at Menards. We were charged over $44.00, for an item which was only $1.85. We did not like how the check-out personnel, personally checks your basket out. We were overcharged by about $60.00. We will always go to HOME DEPOT from now on. Thank you for allowing the CUSTOMER to feel good, and in TRUSTING US.
