Decent product at a decent price, but the customer service is terrible.

I bought many items from Home Depot for my new house. Love the shopping online and picking up at my local store. The online merchandise is excellent quality, and the Home decor has brought me many compliments from friends.

No one would help with the picking up of two shelves as for a rolling card. Could I have this one by customer service guys like no rethink my purchase is going forward from the store.

We had a fun time with the new guy in flooring. He was very helpful and friendly. We needed 54 boxes and it was stored in 2 places. He helped us find it and someone to get the rest down from an upper shelf. We took half one day and the other half the next morning. He learned how to do a will call and we did too.

This store is much better than the one right down the road from home. Always has what I need and it’s convenient to get too. Employees are always there asking if you need help finding anything and are always willing to help you get what you need. I use this store more than any other one. We were needing help on bathroom toilets. The lady that helped us went above and beyond to do that. Also the lady at checkout was super friendly and helpful.

In buying an office refrigerator, I encountered three outstanding associates; Bill in appliances, Jeremy in the lumber department as well as Katelyn. These three individuals make the Clarksville Home Depot A+ in customer service.

Always love to go to HD. Would love to see some table saws go on sale, and when they do to somehow notify people that may be interested.

We went in to purchase a lawn mower and when we found the one we wanted, we did not see an employee nearby. My husband went to the service desk and Jess came over to help us. She was very helpful and great to work with.

I like a majority of HD's brands. Stores are always stocked; well lit; great music playing at a respectable volume. I do wish they had more sales on items Husky Tools; Light Fixtures; Shower Heads; and general merch.

Useless example of a manager. On her phone looking at guysand refused to help along with Patricia at the desk. Not enough to fill simple order. Have a 200k commercial project and they don’t want the 200k in materials. One told me to go to New Albany since they have product. Don’t waste time at Clarksville.

Matt (Tank) went above and beyond helping me today with a pressure washer and a grill when I had no idea on brand or style was best when looking at the items. If you visit this store ask for him if you need help, this young man is not only very helpful but kind as well and you can tell he enjoys helping people! Thanks for your help!

This store is horrible. The employees do not want to take ownership of their jobs. Management is the same. Long time customer will take their business elsewhere.

I was looking for an outdoor cleaning product and a young employee was exceptional and helping me find the product. He even asked other customers along the way if they found what they were looking for. Thanks Brendan for your assistance.

Ethan helped to speed my key making process cause I was making a lot of keys. He helped me by showing the right keys to use and helped me in making them. I didn’t get to get the cashiers name at the self checkout but he was also very helpful. And made my checkout with all those keys super easy! He also was the one who got Ethan to help me out so very helpful customer service loved it.

I bought a shower head n I'm glad I got it at home Depot. They have a good selection on many different kinds.

When standing in an aisle, an employee walks by and doesn't ask if you need help or doesn't even say Hello. They don't care if you need help. Have seen them in the same aisle as I am and just continue their own conversation.

Was having a rough experience that was turned around by a fabulous employee at the service desk. Brandon K managed to get everything ordered that I needed ordered, after not being able to find any help throughout the store I was so surprised how sharp and knowledgeable he was and even more shocked when I found out he was only 18 and had only been there 5 months. I was really aggravated and his wonderful attitude and willing to go above and beyond to help me was very refreshing and made a crappy visit much much better! I love Home Depot the one in Clarksville could use a little help like a remodel and better management but they do have very friendly employees so that is a plus! They also have a very knowledgeable older gentleman that works in appliances He's helped me in the past and I've always been 100% pleased with his recommendations! So now if they can build on those types of associates with better management the store would be much much better! But those two associates are amazing as are many others throughout the store I just wish it was better ran above those associates!
