In the past, it's been difficult to find a willing employee to help.....that's changed! Good going!

Well stocked and lots of options!

HD says they price match. Went to store and was told they only price match items they stock in the store although they show/sell more through their website. Although they sell same item at Homedepot.com, i was told they do not price match unless it is actually something they sell in the store, website does not qualify

Store is clean but don't expect any employee to go out of their way to help you. As you walk by them they don't speak to you unless you stop them and ask them to help you.

The staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They really go out of their way to help. The store is clean and well organized.

The assistant manager, Gerald and all employees friendly is especially Marva and Steffany were super helpful, professional, and supportive with multiple purchases.

Parking lot and entry could use some work but other than that I love this store. Staff is always helpful and I've never not found what I needed.

This store is my first pick due to customer service. Associates and Store Manager very friendly and helpful!

Having done many home improvement projects myself, an older aged woman, this store has very helpful employees to offer good advice and sell the products to complete the project with. I will only paint with Behr brand products now and have gained confidence to try just about anything I think I can do or buy products from this store for my contractors to use.

IF the employees are either "non-existent for help" or rude - all the cleanliness and products will not make up for it. Clarksville Home Depot rocks!

Our Clarksville IN store is clean and well stocked. The variety of items from household cleaning supplies to appliance's is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. They keep the store very neat and clean. Did I mention how helpful they are.

Assistant manager William seemed like he didn’t want to help anyone or be bothered with any questions. You should consider sending him to the New Albany location, to get trained properly.

Love this store. Always a great selection. Great employees. Customer service is the absolute best. It's why I keep coming back.

this was not a good trip for me or my brother , 5 boys sit on a cell phone and watched two old men do the work . the cashier was inept and the customer service was not even there . no nothing . no can i help , do you need , or even let me get that , nothing so we will have to really think about shopping there again we been there for years and now faced with a problem do we stay or go .

This is the only store I use for pickups it's so easy and convenient
