Purchased a refrigerator at this store with a posted price of $1078. Manager had to come over to authorize selling one of the 2 floor modules they had and he told the employee to charge us more than the posted price for it, $1142 before tax. Then they refused to load this unit- we waited over 45 minutes for someone to load it and they dented it in the process. Manager was a jerk to us.

Make sure you take plenty of pictures of advertised items because if they ring up wrong they want to argue with you and with the signs and pictures.

Exceptional assistance from Becky. I searched and searched all over the store for some Ryobi power tools that showed in stock and could not find. She was more than willing and went over the top to find them! Had a contractor at home waiting. I would shop this location just to have Becky help me shop!!! She even cut 16 foot wall trim because no one else was available! She went above and beyond!!

Thank you to the young fellow that helped me check out. I purchased a gift card for my husband birthday and he helped me at self check out. And to the woman who was with him. They made me feel welcomed

Picked up some treated lumber to make a Wishingwell for my wife for Christmas. Also looked at wet and dry back, which I will go back and pick that up later after checking out they were kind enough to have people help me load into my pick up truck always great service.

I found everything I needed.

Very rarely do I go to this location and not find what I need. There have been a few specialty tools they didn’t have in stock but that’s to be expected.

Of the three major box stores for building and household supplies, I purchase more from Home Depot. I really like the free shipping on most items that I purchase. It is convenient and saves a trip out.

Your employee Aubre was so helpful. She worked with me on a lost bag of materials that I had already purchased. She went out of her way make sure I was taken care of. I will remember this experience for a long time. No one has ever went out on limb like she did. She was outstanding and friendly.

I was looking for a new weed eater and walked up to an employee and he asked if I needed help before i asked him. He showed me what I was looking for and was very polite.

Delivery guys were great

Waiting 30 minutes at the paint counter was not on my list of things to do. You would think after radioing four times for someone to come help, somebody might show up? Nope. At least I got my swatch.

Had to have a vender employee help us for the grill. This grill/smoker was $1149.00. Grill was delivered dirty, had a wasp nest in it and damaged. Looked like it had been an outside model for a while. Also all of the components were not included. If I knew we were getting a scratch and dent item, I would not have paid that much money for it. Called the store to relay how unhappy we were with this item. The person arrainged for the grill to be picked up and a new one from the box assembled and delivered. Your store police states “anything over $300.00 free assembly and delivery.” Grill was picked up and returned to the store. Now we have to wait for the new one to be assembled and delivered. We wanted to use this for a party we were having on the weekend. We are very unhappy. We also spent over $600.00 on a weed wacker and a chain saw. Had to use the code to call for an employee to unlock the cage. That took a while. Home Depot needs to have better customer service.

Cyndi was very helpful and not pushy. And was able to answer all of our questions and be a great assistance.

After shopping all over Clarksville we found just the right item at Home Depot with a little help from a great guy with a smile in his eyes

Employees will watch you stand in front of cage (most desired items are locked in cages) and not engage shopper. There is a QR code on front of cage for shoppers to scan for help, this does not bring help, you must engage employees for help, they will not offer it.

We just moved to the area from up North. The kindness and genuine friendliness of he employees at the Home Depot down there blows us away

My wife and I had a rough day when we found out our refrigerator had quit on us. It's a painful realization to have to come to knowing we were going to have to spend upwards to $1000 or more on a new fridge. Garv made this process so much better. It was easier. He was very helpful, and down to earth, and approachable. He was funny too, and he listened to us. We thank him and the Clarksville Home Depot. -Ray & Eden

Everytime I'm in the store the associates throughout are exceptional

I had a great experience shopping at the Home Depot in Clarksville, Indiana. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help without being overbearing. The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with everything I needed for my home improvement project. I especially appreciated how easy it was to find assistance when I had questions. Definitely my go-to spot for tools, supplies, and great customer service in the area!

I was having an issue at self check because I left my card at home. Your employee named Jerry looked it up for me. He was a lifesaver. One of the reasons I shop at Clarksville’s store instead of new Albany.

terrible access for contractors

I was scammed yesterday. On advice from my bank, I called Home Depot to request denial of charges on my American Express card. There seem to be no one who could answer my concerns. I was told by Home Depot managers that there was nothing that could be done.

Store has declined in the last few years. Bring back cashiers

I bought a power strip and the Associate help me by suggesting & showing me a couple of options.

Bought a new club cadet on line. That I was supposed to Assemble. And home depot sent me one from the yard .had Scratches all over It . Manuel and warranty was all messed up and couldn't read. No bolts for battery couldn't start. But home depot fixed every thing . Really Like It alot . Would give them a 5 Star good looking tractor. Sorry no pictures. Got It Tucked In For Winter

Last week we were in the market for a stackable washer/dryer, a trip I was dreading. On arrival we were greeted with a smile and “can I help you…” From there our interaction with Jerry C. in appliances was very enjoyable. Jerry was informed about each brand we looked at. He asked all the right questions, shared personal experience with a recent purchase, and overall made the trip enjoyable. We came to a final decision he explained everything from start to finish. I am certain we made the right choice. If we had time we would have stuck around to just chat. Anytime we are in need of something HD has we will return and stop by appliances to say hi to Jerry. Every department needs a Jerry!
