We found a pleasure to shop at the Concord store. We were very impressed with the 2 employees who assisted us. The lady who was the checkout cashier informed us about the Home Depot Credit Card of which we were not aware. After we decided to enroll, she was very helpful and patient when asking us all the necessary questions. She even volunteered to obtain two cardboard cartons for my flowers so they would not leak when placed in our auto. The young man, a remodeling rep, provided us with all the information we needed for a kitchen remodeling project. We also found your "price is right" products which reflect a high quality standard.

I have recently purchased $ 18,000 in building materials from the HD in Seaside, CA for a room addition. Never a problem and I am extremely pleased.

The store was disorganized and the self-service checkout attendant was rude.

We did our whole house remodel using many Home Depot items. I needed to return 3 large rugs at this store. I know it's not the cashier's favorite thing to do. Angela had a great attitude. I appreciate that.

Staff will go out of it's way to help you find what you need or make suggestions for a substitute.

Poor customer service. Cashier didn't know how much to charge for a certain item, didn't even call for a price check, just charged me with the higher price. Went back, took a picture of the price tag and showed it to him, he just shrugged.

one of my items didn't scan at the self checkout. the clerk who was helping at self checkout was very quick and efficient to help me. nice!

I've been there 2 times ion the last months.... weekdays.... still very busy.... Associates were helpful, when I found them.

I NEEDED TO RESTOCK 3/4" STYROFOAM SHEETS (96x48). THIS SIZE WAS NOT STOCKED IN ITS USUAL PLACE. A COUPLE OF EMPLOYEES WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO TRY AND LOCATE THE STOCKED ITEM. WHEN THEY WERE NOT SUCCESSFUL THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE SURE IT WAS ON ORDER AND TO STOP BACK IN A COUPLE OF DAYS.

My husband and I often shop at Home Depot, especially for indoor and outdoor plants, bark and other gardening needs. They are most helpful in answering questions and helping to find best solutions. I recommend Home Depot.

Everyone at the Concord store is helpful and friendly, Dustin at the Pro desk is great, I always try to find him when I go to the store. As a woman it's great that all your staff treat you equally! Thanks Guys!

Sometimes you can luck out and find some great employees that actually help customers! This HD seems to carry most things we need.

This store continually gets worse. Shelves are empty. The aisles are stuffed with merchandise (likely against ADA laws). Pallets and go-backs litter the store to the point that even navigating on foot is hard, much less with a cart. The crew is either the best (if/when you find a good one... and there are a few)... or the worst. The trouble is, the worst are the ones that ruin the brand's reputation: Like the front end cashier who closed the roll-up doors 2 hours before the store closed as a half-dozen contractors (literally closing the door in the face of paying customers) were trying to check out /and/ overcharged me (purposefully?) for by-the-foot lumber after I openly asked why (like a dinner-out-with-drinks overcharge). This store needs a severe shape up. It's gone seriously downhill since Greg left a few years ago (and it wasn't great then -- but at least he was visible and proactive).

Worker very friendly , respect , smiles and very helpful great people. I can't find anything, they can help me to get it. Show me how to use. Most the time shopping very easy find the stuff ; clear and clean . Thank you for all of you !!!!!!

I have shopped at this store for more than 20 years and very satisfied with finding what I need for home improvements.

IT IS A GREAT STORE WITH MANY HELPFUL WORKERS. LACY AND MELISSA JUST TO NAME A FEW. THEY REALLY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS AND MADE WE WANT TO VISIT AGAIN. THANK YOU AGAIN.

The paint department had everything I needed for my project and at great prices. Store associates in the department were helpful and gave me useful advice. At checkout, I went to the "Return" area by mistake, but the cashier said "No problem", checked me out quickly and in a friendly way. The restroom was extremely neat and clean.

Appliance department was very helpful with great prices and availability of all appliances that I wanted. Would buy here again. Better than appliance speciality stores ,this has backing of large named brand corp. Quality experience with Mohamed in appliance dept and Dept manager helped with transaction

I have been in this store today and yesterday and the employees are all so helpful. This is always the case when I go to this store. Everytime I have some knew employee interaction that leaves me thinking , Wow , this place gets it.

Maria G. is always friendly and knowledgeable about her products. Her Spanish is also a valuable asset.

I was dreading going into the Home Depot because I had something I needed to build from scratch and 1. I'm not a handy person, 2. I have no idea what products I needed to achieve my project (let alone find it!), and 3. I didn't think finding someone to help me would be an easy task. Well, this store changed me particularly because of one staff member - Kimberly. I let her know what I was trying to achieve and right away she had a solution. Then she walked me through the store to get all the little pieces I needed to make it. She also gave me a thorough explanation on what I needed to do to put it all together. I was in and out of there in under 15 minutes! The lineup at the cash would have changed that but thankfully they have self checkout! I may actually start making things more often, especially if it's this easy!!!

Each store member I have had the opportunity to work with did a good job. Some did a fantastic job. Overall, employees are helpful and friendly. The store is aged and is a bit cluttered, but not difficult to navigate. There is an annoyance that seems to be persistent throughout each of my visits; loudspeaker phone ringing. This isn't a true problem, just an annoyance, and thought I'd share. Not sure if the store doesn't employ a night-time operator. Otherwise, everyone I've talked to seems pretty solid.

I order something online and had it ship to this concord store. Someone called and told me that 1 of 2 order is not here yet, I told them to hold it for me and I will pick it up when the 2nd order comes in. Week later all the items came to the store and they told me that they can't find my order and instead the guy that was suppose to look for my order blurted out that they sold it to someone else. Wow Customers Service you guys really know how to talk to your customers, instead of helping he was just to lazy to go to the floor and look for the order. Pretty much it felt like don't have your order online come to the store because we won't hold your item and if you don't like it then just ask for a refund. How can I trust this store with holding any of my product if they are just going to sell it to another guy who ask for it. Since that is the excuse they gave me. I would not have anything ever ship to the useless customer service people at this store cause they don't take pride in there work. Concord HomeDepot really went down in quality with these customer service people here
