Twice within a short period of time I received broken or damaged items.

John White helped me out buying the freg he did far behind good job . He took the freg outside with me and helped me put in my pick up truck.

I went to Home Depot needing help to do a project for Church. Billy helped me figure out how I needed the wood cut from a picture I showed him. He cut it quickly and efficiently. The guy in the paint department was helpful with helping me match the color. I was so excited and happy for the help I forgot to get his name. I recommend this store. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful

Went in to buy lightbulbs. That’s all. The website wasn’t showing me what aisle or bin number to start my searching. There were no employees out of the floor to ask questions. Waited in line at the customer service desk for almost 20 minutes, just to listen to the two unhappy employees at the customer service desk, discussing their schedule For the next week. Not customer

If you need anything in door or custom doors department, Eddie was fantastic. Thoughtful, helpful and patient. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Fix the lighting; make the stores brighter!

The Concord store. Completely different experience than Home Depot. All employees greeted us. All employees were knowledgeable about the products aisles and were ready to assist the checkout was seamless. The night shift is when I went and I’ll definitely go every time of the day.

I have always good experience with the staff and the Home Depot located in Concord although I’ve been driving all around, but this particular location is the best

Does not compare with actual staff - very seldom works properly and does an injustice to the staff and brand

I don't usually shop at this particular store. My favorite store is Martinez because it's on my way to my shop in Richmond. I live in North Concord.

I purchased a beautiful bathroom vanity, medicine cabinet and lights

Spoke to a department supervisor about getting help and she didn't know how to cut lumber I don't remember her name but it started with M. It then took 20 minutes to finally get help and I needed up helping people with their lumber because no associates were around to help out this couple. It took 5 associates to get lumber into the racking. Which was kind of insane.

I had no idea how to apply the gift cards to my purchase and the fella at the Pro desk was quite helpful.

Fabulous people here to help when you need a hand finding products. Very kind folks here willing to go the extra mile to help you get your jobs done!

Every time I go to the Concord Home Depot I have to compete with all the Hispanic pick-up laborers for parking spaces and restrooms. I cannot understand why management would allow their store to be swamped with men loitering everywhere, taking up customer conveniences and depositing their garbage everywhere while gawking at the female customers and giving the “side-eye” to everyone else while hoping to find illegal (uninsured) employment. I would hope that Home Depot would have a little more class.

We were renting an installation blower when it all went a mess. First, they seemed lost about the whole order, and then told us to get it from over there. They did not check out what was there, so we were missing half of the hose and all connections. Tried calling for an hour and never had anyone answer the phone to help us. So we had to go back and get it right. Had to pay another bridge toll. I called the Martinez, CA, store and had instant help. We will never walk back into that store but would go to the Martinez store(mayne)

You guys need to clear the aisles of excess stuff so we can shop!

An employee walked by and stopped to ask if we need help on the lawn mower. He was knowledgeable and help us load the mower. Then helped us pick out the BBQ. He then helped us in checking out and loading our truck. Thanks for your help.

Website needs to be updated automatically as an item is purchased. Mostly: the employees must hate their jobs. It's not enough that they are ignorant and cannot answer questions, their attitude leaves a lot to be desired.

Had to order Kitchen Cabinets for an ADU currently under construction. Worked with Steve Rossi at Concord Home Depot. Steve was excellent and kept in contact throughout the process. I highly recommend Steve if you need any cabinets.

I wish there was an easier way to order doors and gave them installed. To streamline. Home Depot has missed lots of business because of the process. Much should be able to be done online.

The only place to buy household appliances.

There has been less employees in there area maybe they are spread out more dont know.

Try returning or asking for any help after purchase at the customer service desk. While I can’t generalize everyone but there are some really bad ones facing customers. They should be put in non customer facing roles or simply fired. They are unfit.

Concord Home Depot stock availability is OK but in the past several years I experienced experienced terrible customer services. It's simply not there. I go to Lowe these days even though it's 10 more minutes driving from my house

Attendant at checkout was Zach. He was very friendly, attentive, polite and courteous. 5 stars, and a raise for him. His type is good for business!!

Very great service from an employee named Red . I highly recommend seeking him out. You’re lucky to have somebody like him working for you.

I needed 20 units of J-Bead, 1/2" x 10', and the website plus a phone call to Concord, CA Home Depot, confirmed 13 were available---this is what I ordered for pickup. At pickup, the clerk informed me there were actually only 5 units, so I accepted those and they were loaded into my vehicle. At home, I discovered that the 5 units were the wrong product, so I had to return--huge waste of time. Lesson: HD does not train employees to recognize building products; and or, employees are sloppy in fulfilling their job. Either way, I was the one inconvenienced.

Eddie helped me purchase 2 doors today, he is very helpful.
