Wine Barrel Planters
Concord store is the ONLY store in the Concord, Vallejo, Napa, Fairfield area to have viable stock of wine barrel planters. I bought (4). I'm planning to plant bamboo for a privacy fence and this product was recommended to me by an expert at UC Davis Nursery. So, I purchased them and they are gorgeous! Will last a long time and weren't that much more than other resin planters of this size. So happy with my purchase and thankful for the good stock at Concord.

Terrible customer service
Purchased blinds online which were defective. Returned item to store and was only provided store credit, not a refund even though the item was defective. I now need to reorder the blinds and pay for them a second time since the store credit cannot be used online.

Great customer service
A couple days ago I had a very bad experience at another store and came here after work. Store was very busy but Manager Tali assuming since he was getting paged so much.Tali stopped what he was doing to ask about my project. He was able to help me find everything I needed to install a tankless water and made things right. I was so impressed I returned to buy their heater.

Busy with Positive Atmosphere
I love this store! It is busy and the employees are happy and friendly. Several people said hello to me. The store was clean. I found what I needed quickly. And when I checked out the lady, Colleen said she hoped I had a nice night and was looking forward to seeing me soon. Very positive store!

Excellent service for Military Veteran.
The online hunt for items correctly showed that exact aisle & bin with the sale price & quantity available at this store for the items searched for. And, all these items were there when visiting the store. The friendly & helpful cashier waived me over & performed the scans at the Self-Check Out as well as guided me through the first time bringing up the QDR on The Home Depot Phone App. And yes, the discount was applied & clearly stated on the receipt.
