There was an employee named gene that was extremely helpful he seemed to have excellent knowledge of stuff that was even outside his department.

Something has changed at the Corvallis Home Depot Store! In the past, I would wander around for an interminably long time trying to find the section of the store I needed and then wait and wait to find a clerk to answer questions for me. I felt because I was a woman, I was not taken seriously---wouldn't purchase enough to make a difference or my purchase was not important enough to matter. Well now things are reformed. When I entered, a friendly woman asked me what she could help with and gave me good directions to where I needed to go. I was a bit confused on my options and there was a clerk who called someone who immediately came to my rescue---another woman! When I went to self check-out, a cheerful young lady came up and assisted me through the process, which was a bit new to me---more high tech than a grocery store. She was quite friendly and helpful as well to others who came to check out. I had somewhat dreaded this visit but it turned out to be a very positive experience! Thank you for your great customer service!

Yeah Tiana!!!...thank you so much for assisting my wife and I, as retired folks, in making a decision about space heaters...helping us through to a decision. At the same time, what is your store policy on dogs coming into the store...I was on crutches shopping today and pushing a cart and came into three dogs on leash. Would prefer only service dogs allowed into store.

Apparently Gina was the only person working today who was willing to help customers. Randy knows NOTHING about how appliances work so don’t bother. Kay is your better choice but unfortunately she had people lined up to talk to her. Hmmm wonder why?

The employees were very pleasant and helpful. The store was easy to navigate and a there was a good variety to choose from.

I found at least one employee to be extremely helpful and kind. I was not in the store more than five minutes and Samara helped me find exactly where fire extinguishers were located. She also happened to be my cashier when I left the store. Once again she was friendly, kind, and helpful. Employees like her will ensure happy customers that come back.

All the big carts were in the back of the store loaded with materials. Very few carts available for customers to use. How can I purchase big items if there are no carts? Very poor management. Poor response from clerk- no offfer to help find a cart- just excuses about recieving, yet no employees in the back of the store unloading materials. Very poor customer service. Vanity cabinet I wanted to purchase was not on display anywhere- finally located in an overhead. Associates don't know where merchandise is. Takes too long to rope off isles, get lift and get merchandise down. Not customer focused or friendly. Unresponsive.

Home Depot, Corvallis (store #4029) is my go to home improvement center. The friendly knowledgeable staff are always able to guide me to exactly what I need, offer suggestions so that I don't have to make multiple trips and make sure I am getting the best value for my money.

Not a big fan of Big Box stores, generally, as I like to support the little guy, but the Home Depot in Corvallis has my vote for being friendly, ease of finding what I need/want and sales staff that is willing to spend whatever time it takes to answer questions or give assistance. I shop here often as I make improvements to my home and garden and am so glad they are here!

The plants are "fresh" looking and lived when put in the garden. I find with and without help the item I need to solve a problem whether a hose or irrigation problem or trying to find matching paint.

My experience with the sales staff was very good. They seemed interested and eager to provide information. I felt comfortable, never pressured. I also noticed a spirit of cooperation among the staff, which does more than anything to created a pleasant shopping environment. Thank you so much.

The Store was clean, the associates were very friendly and went out of their way to assist me with my purchases and help locate (not just "Point the way") my items. Kudos!

I have always found the employees extremely courteous and helpful. If they notice I am having trouble in a department, someone will stop and ask if I need help. If I know I need assistance, I will immediately ask and employee and they are on it immediately.

Randy was extremely helpful with our refrigerator and washer/dryer purchase. He told us he has 40 years of experience in this line of work and it shows. Learned a lot and we made 3 purchases that day.

Had a great experience with Macy at the Corvallis, OR Home Depot! She Went above and beyond to help us out on the order/purchase of our new Samsung Stove. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. Also purchased a 5 year protection plan thanks to her knowledge of how that all works. We usually don't buy protection plans. Thanks again Macy!
