The Corvallis Home Depot store is friendly and helpful. The Appliance Dept assisted me in finding the type of refrigerator I was looking for and the Paint Dept was helpful in the type of products to use. Thank You!

Customer service employee, Juanita, was very friendly, efficient & knew exactly what aisle & bay the product I was looking for was located!

Associate Ed was very helpful and friendly. He knew about everything I had questions about and made me feel welcome. Highly satisfied and would come back to Home Depot everytime because of how great he was.

Michael N did a great job getting my new dryer ordered and getting my paperwork to me. He was patient and kind as we worked it out. Seemed to not be rushed and took all the time needed to get the dryer ordered.

This store is always clean, well organized and has a friendly staff. HOWEVER, the paint department is lacking. I brought in a partial can of their own BEHR paint to get another gallon of the same color. It took over a half hour to get the right mix after several trials and errors. Why can't Home Depot supply more of its OWN paint, any color, in a matter of minutes?

Rude associates at returns. Pro checker was extremely lazy. Tired of this store, I have spent thousands there, i will now go to Albany

Normally we really love our experiences at the Home Depot, but this last visit has left quite the sour taste in our mouths. We went for a washer and dryer. The man that helped us in the appliance section seemed a bit irritated that I asked him for help, but he was standing right there already on the computer. The dryer we wanted was not available, and he basically told us to look elsewhere for it. Fine, whatever, it is what it is. We bought the washer though. We did notice a whack in the box, like it got hit with something, but didn't really think anything of it, we figured it got bumped when they were using the forklift to get it down. Upon arriving at home and installing, we noticed a massive dent in the side of the washer! The back corner is even a little broken in the edge of the metal. We're so disappointed with our experience this time around, I can't imagine we'll go back anytime soon.

This store exceeded my expectations in every way. Each person I dealt with seemed to go above and beyond what most employees would do! If youre in need of flooring, ask for Becky Gentilini, she is SO great. She really helped us with our large purchase.. she was kind, patient, informative, extremely helpful. I really cant say enough good. I hope this store can recognize what a gem they have working for them!! Thanks Becky!!

Store has a lot of good products. Feel the wood is good quality not great. Went to look for a reel mower and the app made it seem there were way more then there actually was. Overall I do enjoy this store the employees are very helpful and go above what they need to help!

If you ever need encouragement to tackle a project you aren't sure you have the skills for, go talk to the people who work here. They'll call over the right person, who will walk you through your plans and ask questions and then help you find resources, both the physical items you'll need and the tools (recommended youtube videos, names of other people who can give advice, etc) to increase your ability to finish. And, of course, the store does usually have whatever you need to actually do the project.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It's not a HUGE store by Home Depot standards, I think, but the few times we've needed something not in stock at the store, the staff has been very helpful finding an alternate or helping us place an online order. Plenty of parking, really nice garden center.

Awsome environment, customer service by employees was superb!!!! The store was exceptionally in order/clean. Over all this is my go to when ever needing materials/tools, ect....

The store was well staffed and friendly. The staff working in the appliance department were very knowledgeable and asked great questions that helped guide us to the right purchase for our home. We're VERY happy with our experience at this store!

There was an employee named gene that was extremely helpful he seemed to have excellent knowledge of stuff that was even outside his department.

Something has changed at the Corvallis Home Depot Store! In the past, I would wander around for an interminably long time trying to find the section of the store I needed and then wait and wait to find a clerk to answer questions for me. I felt because I was a woman, I was not taken seriously---wouldn't purchase enough to make a difference or my purchase was not important enough to matter. Well now things are reformed. When I entered, a friendly woman asked me what she could help with and gave me good directions to where I needed to go. I was a bit confused on my options and there was a clerk who called someone who immediately came to my rescue---another woman! When I went to self check-out, a cheerful young lady came up and assisted me through the process, which was a bit new to me---more high tech than a grocery store. She was quite friendly and helpful as well to others who came to check out. I had somewhat dreaded this visit but it turned out to be a very positive experience! Thank you for your great customer service!

Yeah Tiana!!!...thank you so much for assisting my wife and I, as retired folks, in making a decision about space heaters...helping us through to a decision. At the same time, what is your store policy on dogs coming into the store...I was on crutches shopping today and pushing a cart and came into three dogs on leash. Would prefer only service dogs allowed into store.

Apparently Gina was the only person working today who was willing to help customers. Randy knows NOTHING about how appliances work so don’t bother. Kay is your better choice but unfortunately she had people lined up to talk to her. Hmmm wonder why?

The employees were very pleasant and helpful. The store was easy to navigate and a there was a good variety to choose from.
