Associates were very helpful. The overall store experience was good and my husband and I actually agreed on our shopping experience.

The store was clean and asking for help was excellent and when I found the right isle there was someone there assisting me.

This store never has any new products to choose from ..like storm doors and windows ...the selection of storm doors has been cut in half ..had to go to another competitor's store to purchase our two storm doors and two pedestal sinks

This location is always a mess, can never find needed items,check out is way to long.overall it's better than the local in Randallstown.

Sales associates were friendly & knowledgeable. Have returned for other needs since this visit.

This location always has what I need ... And the employees treat you with respect and always offer to help

Anytime i go to this home depot everyone treats you very nice and usually have everything instock

This is a good store but it lack a little with the cleanliness i walked down an aisle and it looked as thought someone began stocking than gave up and left it all laying there. There were aisle blocked off with no one or forklift in site causing me to have to climb over the barrier to get my merchandise as the next few aisle were blocked as well. I brought my merchandise ans used the self checkout as no one was in sight to help at any other register. and upon leaving i began to drive off and got a flat from a screw in the parking lot. I love home depot but please get it together or hire me ill help you get it right.

Excellent customer service and good prices for items

I have been to several Home Depot store in the area and found that this store, besides the location, is by far the best selection for me. I can easily find whatever I need and sometimes things that I didn't realize were useful to me and my home projects.

I always have a wonderful experience at this store.

Since Ihave shopped at the Dundalk location, there has been an ease all around, the convienence of the location, the products, and the overall kindness of the Home Depot staff..

As I entered the store a gentleman in a wheel chair met me and asked me what I was buying. I needed three items and he rolled to each location. I was in and out of the store.

We came in for shovels and snow salt, and had associates assist us immediately. Since I recently had surgery, someone also helped me load the products into my vehicle. I always have a wonderful experience at my Home Depot. I absolutely love shopping there!

It took me awhile to find some help but once I did they were very helpful and directed me to where I needed to go. I would still recommend going to this Home Depot or any Home Depot over Lowes.

Helpful Associates. They helped me find materials for a lamp I was fixing as well as help with some backyard repairs.

There has not be a bad experience at least for met at this store. Always helpful. This time I had no clue what I was looking for or even the type of paint I needed. They help me get the correct type of paint and the correct supplies.

The associates were very professional and courteous. Their professionalism were outstanding and they provided me with details of the products and questions that I had concerning maintenance and coverage. One of the associates was even kind enough to walk me to the exit to make sure I was okay.

Everyone is always so helpful that I hardly need them anymore.

We were able to find everything we needed and do research for future projects.

I really enjoy shopping at HD. I always leave with more than I came in for. I like the displays that are located around the floor. The cashiers are always friendly.

I do NOT like this store and I shop at Home Depot a lot. I will make every effort to go to Rossville/Rosedale store because the people/associates are friendlier, more helpful, and the layout is better. I know where everything is at the Rossvile/Rosedale store. The Dundalk store is cramped and confusing. I only go there when I have no other choice.

Lisa in appliances section was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable of the dryers. She was very informative and offered me insights for my decision. She processed me quickly and I was done. I think there should be more people available to help with finding items.

Very clean and service is prompt. All the merchandise is neatly displayed and easy to find . Plenty of parking . The cashier was very polite an and dressed presentable, she was fast with scanning my purchase and had no problems apparently knew what she was doing. Overall great experience. I would recommend this store and definitely will be visiting again.

I had a great experience buying a Christmas tree at this store! The selection and prices were great. The trees were healthy and it was very convenient for city living. Most importantly, the sales associates were all extremely cheerful and eager to assist customers, particularly with loading the tree on the car! Great experience!!

Bring cashiers back and close the self checkout. Or give 20% discount for working here to all who use self checkout
