homedepot.com shows 35 in stock Aisle BW Bay 028, 40-Watt 4 ft. Deluxe Linear T12 Fluorescent Tube Light Bulb, Daylight (6500K) (2-Pack) and when I went to the Dundalk, MD location to purchase two packs there were zero in stock. The inventory for this particular item was way off. I wonder about the rest of the inventory.

They always have what I need

Mike's suggestion on a part that I need for water drainage worked perfectly! He searched high and low for this part and told me it what he has used before! Well, I got home, hooked it up and no water leaks! Thanks again Mike! SAMM

I’m going to start off by saying I never write reviews but I feel like I have to ! I went to the store to build a target stand for the range out of pvc pipe, I’m not a handyman at all. Mike from plumbing spotted me out looking confused and asked what I needed help with, I told him I wanted to build a stand but didn’t know what to use or how big it should be. Mike started sketching on a piece of cardboard exactly what I was explaining to him. He then went and gathered the parts and cut/built my stand for me in the middle of the isle! Most friendliest encounter I’ve had at Home Depot! Any other person would have told me to use this or that and would’ve went on their way but not Mike ! Even tried to give him a 20 and he wouldn't take it. Thanks Mike !!!

2x’s I’ve order for pickup and products have never been fully picked. Most recent visit I waited 30min for my lumber after checking in.

Once you're inside the store, it's just like any other store. Outside the store along the entrances to the parking lot is a HUGE mess. I'm not against opportunists trying to pick up a random gig but I don't feel they should be there waiting if they can't keep it clean. It's a disgusting mess!

I bought a toilet a month ago and had to return due to my mistake. Salesperson recognized me and asked if I hadn't bought a toilet just a couple of weeks ago. Yes! I did. So surprised he remembered after so long. And I was assisted by a different salesperson on that first visit. Very polite and courteous employees here

This store has improved greatly from just two years ago. Well stocked, enthusiastic employees and organization is greatly improved! Thank you!

First, it's hard to find a cart, then It's hard to find what I need, often because it is no longer stocked.

Mike in plumbing helped me find what I needed to repair a leaky pipe. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I also found a lot of fresh, beautiful flowers.

Home depot ruined my credit score!

I came in on March the 14th to make a purchase of a a stove and a microwave oven the person that waited on me was supposed to be a manager he messed up the whole order I am still left trying to find out where is my money that was charged on my credit card that was paid out to home Depot I'm left with $443.06 in the air which nobody can tell me where my money is I will never shop at this location again

I don’t like Dundalk Home Depot bcus of one employee!!!! She was rude!! She didn’t listen to me!!! I was there to pick up a order for someone else and the lady ( i use that phase loosely) kept telling me that she had to verify who I was then called corporate and blew the entire process out of proportion, so Dundalk will not get a good review from me. The only reason I went there was I needed it now! I didn’t want to wait until the next day.

I was looking for insulation and Mike went the extra mile to help me out! I was very much appreciative and I will shop here again

Amazing in and out service with a smile. Very unusual for this store and department over the years... Usually I avoid this store for many reasons mainly if I need tool rental help. Plan on almost an hour sometimes for rental help, tool pulling from shelf and paperwork. Today in and out in like 6 minutes signed and paid. The dream act workers are making a huge mess of the lot again all the way around to the old RoFo where now an outdoor patio set sits(:

We started off in gardening and could not get anyone to help us and could not find the products we were looking for then we went to the lumber aisle where we experienced the same kind of hatred for their jobs it's like everyone was walking around stomping mad and if you were to ask them a question they would give you a smart answer or say look for it yourself but you already know this because you have cameras all over home Depot so you could see this for yourself if you really wanted to find it this is our experience this is why we do not go in the stores that much anymore and we do more shopping online because of the way people treat you in the stores

its just ok not my favorite place to shop
